Our lovely 2 bedroom chalet is set in its own garden and has a private roof terrace. Located on the west coast of the Cala’n Bosch resort. You can unwind in a quieter area of Menorca whilst still having the fun and activities of Cala’n Bosch at your fingertips. The communal pools are surrounded by a large, well-kept lawn. An ideal place to totally relax. Perfect for sun-worshippers. You are just a few minutes walk away from the Cap d’Artrutx lighthouse and a good selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a British-run dive centre.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day - Friday or Saturday. Alternatives will be considered where possible. Arrival day from 2pm. Departure day, vacate by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for small groups or families looking for a good value, comfortable place to relax and have fun. Recently modernised Kitchen. Ground floor, semi-detached chalet with roof/sun terrace. Cot, highchair, buggy, fans, etc available for hire.
Outside
Private garden on 3 sides of the chalet. Very pleasant. Shared (fresh water) swimming pools. One especially for children. Communal spacious and tidy lawns.
Coast/Beach
The coastline is less than 50m away. South and west facing. Perfect for evening strolls or early morning jogs! The 2 beautiful sandy beaches are either 15-20 mins walk or a 5 mins bus trip away. Gently shelving and safe for children they have been awarded the EU Blue Flag. Available: Red Cross Lifeguards. Water sports, pedalos, sunbeds, parasols, etc. Scuba diving trips can be arranged in advance. Beach-side bars/restaurants.

Golf course 35km.
Special interest holidays
We can arrange scuba diving holidays for experienced or novice divers with Bluewater Scuba, just 5 mins walk from the chalet. Plus scuba for kids.
Travel
Menorca is less than 2 hours away from the UK. Cala’n Bosch is only 45 mins by car from Mahon airport. Car hire is an advantage but not essential as the bus service is very good in Menorca.

Coastline - 45m. Sandy beaches - 1600m and 1900m. Water Park - 1300m. Supermarkets and restaurants - 50m. Beautiful marina with shopping centre, Spanish and international bars/restaurants, chemist - 1200m. Bus stop - 25m. Historical capital, Ciutadella - 8km. Airport - 50km.
Further details
Within the resort there are an amazing amount of activities available for all ages. Fun parks, water park, go-carting, Noddy train, private boat hire, daily boat trips, water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, bike, motorbike and car hire to name but a few. A bit further a field is the Son Parc Golf Course. Menorca is a biosphere reserve plus has as a wealth of archaeological and historical sites to explore. You are sure to have a fun filled holiday as well as a relaxing time.
