Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom apartment in the prime location of Poblado Marinero in Arenal d'en Castell. The apartment is set into the cliff face directly overlooking the horseshoe shaped bay and has fabulous views out to sea. Easy access to the large sandy beach and all resort amenities. Ideal location for a young family to have a peaceful holiday.
Bedroom 1 a large bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and door to balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 2 a medium bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath/shower over, washbasin, bidet and wc. Automatic washing machine and tumble dryer located in seperate vented closet.
Pine cupboards and breakfast bar with marble working surfaces. Twin sink, refrigerator/freezer gas hob with electric oven.
Very spacious lounge/dining room with large French doors leading onto patio. Pine dining furniture and cane three piece suite and occasional table.
Cot and highchair can be booked prior to arrival.
Towels (not beach) and linen are included and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and exit.
Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine.
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or physically disabled due to steps.
The patio is furnished with tables chairs and loungers. The apartment is set in communal gardens.

Prices shown are per week for a minimum of 2 weeks occupation. For 1 week (7 nights) occupation add £35 to the above weekly prices. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Winter weeks available on long let by negotiation.
Friday is preferred but flexibility in non high season weeks. Please see availability chart.

About the area
Path/steps lead to the beach (approx 90 seconds!) through communal gardens.The large beach is clean and sandy. The beach slopes gently into the sea which is ideal for younger children. Umbrellas, sun loungers and pedaloes can be hired on the beach. At the end of the beach there are two restaurants and first aid.
Son Parc golf course which is now 18 holes is only 10 minutes away by car.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Mahon (MAH) which is 25-30 minutes by car.
There are several small supermarkets in the resort. The closest is approx 600yards from the apartment.
There are several other smaller shops scattered around the resort and the Coves Noves shopping mall is approx 1 mile away.
There is a reliable bus service to Mahon for a larger selection of shops.There is also a typical Spanish market twice a week. The fish market is certainly worth a visit even if you do not wish to buy anything.
There are several cash points in Arenal and also a couple of small banks/exchange shops.

THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR LOANING TO US YOUR FANTASTIC APARTMENT. DONT THINK WE COULD EVER GO BACK TO THE HOTEL! THE VIEW WAS GREAT AND WHAT IS MORE RELAXING THAN AN EARLY MORNING COFFEE ON THE VERY SPACIOUS BALCONY AND WATCHING THE WORLD GO BY. ABSOLUTE HEAVEN AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. About the Owner
I live in the West Midlands, with my wife of 35 years, and I am 60 years of age. I am a Chartered Accountant and until recently ran my own printing business. I have been going to Menorca for peaceful relaxing holidays for 25 years (needed after the stress of business!). I have travelled to many other holiday destinations but only Madeira came close to Menorca.
Year property purchased: 1980's
Why this location?
I fell in love with Arenal the first time I visited. I travelled to other holiday destinations but always returned to the peace and tranquility of Menorca.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Peace and quiet. The beach is fabulous and the sea is great to swim in as usually it's calm and mostly warm. The food on the island is fantastic, but not cheap, and there are some entertainments if required. Generally there are no "English Pubs" and no bad behaviour by visitors.
