Our family owned villa is beautifully presented and now available for private rental. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by greenbelt pine forest with lovely country walks. It is designed for outside living with an elevated sun terrace with private swimming pool with views over the countryside and private gardens. The terrace benefits from a brick build BBQ, several dining, seating and sunbathing areas. Inside it is equipped and furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning. For entertainment there is Sky TV, DVD, VCR, HIFI and Playstation2.

| Bathrooms: | Family bathroom consists of bath with shower, vanity unit with dual sinks, bidet and WC. En-suite to bedroom 1 consists of double sized walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, sink, bidet and WC. Both bathrooms are nicely presented. |
| Kitchen: | Large modern kitchen white, granite worktops, double sink with a fitted reverse osmosis water filter, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor hood and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, juicer, blender, crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Separate utility room includes granite work surfaces housing a sink, iron and ironing board, washing machine and a 2nd fridge/freezer. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has 2 large comfy sofas, coffee table, log burner, dining room table and chairs. Ceiling fan and air conditioning / heating. Plasma TV with Sky free channels, DVD, VCR and Playstation 2. CD player with a selection of books, games and CDs. |

The villa is cleaned for your arrival and an interim clean weekly with full linen change. Linen and towels are included along with beach towels and much more (see next section). |

Notes on accommodation
What’s included? Courtesy meeting at the villa or at the airport if required. Let us help you with car hire and luggage for a stress free arrival. Free introduction pack. Personal management. No charges for air conditioning or utilities. Free use of one cot or extra bed. Free use of a stroller, highchair, potties, bottle steriliser, beach mats, parasols, beach and cool bags. DVD's videos, PS2 games, board games, inflatables, toys and books. You can travel light!
Outside
Large private sun terrace complete with a range of outdoor furniture comprising 2 dining tables with chairs, sun chairs and sun beds and a large brick built BBQ. The villa also has its own private pool measuring 9x5m and a pool side shower. The pool is under contract and is cleaned twice weekly.
Patio doors lead out onto the covered terrace for alfresco dining.
There is greenbelt pine forest behind the villa with fantastic walks across the headland to Arenal Den Castell (15mins on foot).
Coast/Beach
The beach at Son Parc is 4 minutes drive away and has just been awarded the prestigious blue flag for safety and cleanliness. It is dune like with soft golden sand, ideal for young children. It has amenities to include a bar, restaurant, toilets, red cross, pedaloe and canoe hire. The beach at Arenal D'en Castell is only 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
The golf course surrounds the local area with the club house being only 5 minutes away. It is a 30,000m² full 18 hole par 70 course set in a pine forest. New holes recently designed by Dave Thomas., the ex Ryder Cup player who designed courses including The Belfry and San Roque. It is open 365 days per year and is very scenic and picturesque with resident peacocks and wild foul roaming the coarse. There are also great practice facilities including a driving range with swingcam. Buggies and equipment can be hired at the club house.
Special interest holidays
In the next resort of Port D'Addaia (10 minutes) you have a scuba diving centre offering try dives through to PADI courses. In the port you are also able to charter yachts etc.
Travel
Mahón / Maó airport is 20 minutes drive by car. Car hire is essential to appreciate Menorca. We can help with booking your rental car as we have good contacts with local firms. There are plenty of flights on Mondays to include Monarch from Manchester, Thomson from Bristol, Sheffield, Glasgow, Gatwick, Stansted, Norwich and Manchester. Easyjet from Gatwick. Palmair from Bournemouth. There are many other operators. Please call me for assistance.
Distances
Mahón centre and the famous port is 15 minutes away. Resorts of Arenal D'en Castell, Na Macaret and Port D'Addaia are 10 minutes away. Fornells fishing village famous for its fabulous restaurants is also 10 minutes away.
Further details
In general there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants 2 minutes drive away and within 15 minutes walking distance. We also have another villa just 2 doors up (Casa Michaela Ref B2062) if you want to come with a large group. We also have a pretty villa in Port Addaia (Casa Jaimes Ref B1739). If you want somthing smaller in Addaia or an extra couple of bedrooms, my brother has a fab 2 bed apartment nearby (REF B7802). Also look at B6564 and B7098 for other great properties in our family!

I would like to introduce us. We are Jason and Michaela McMurray originally from Bedfordshire and now permanently living in Menorca. We moved here 5 years ago with our 2 children Abbie and Sam. After spending all our summers in Menorca for over 13 years, staying in villas similar to the ones we now own to rent out we decided to make available our own properties for summer rental. Having experienced the rental market from both ends and having toddlers to teens we understand first hand what is required with a successful rental property. Home from home, all lifes luxuries! We live in the same area as our rental properties and undertake all aspects from gardening, pools, changeovers and airport assistance, giving you a real personal service.
