About the owner
I have owned the property for Ten years and had many happy holidays in Ibiza with my children who are now grown ups. My three grandchildren aged 3, 7, 12
enjoy many holidays there now.
Its is so central that you do not require car hire you can access everything within five minutes walk.
The beach is just across the road and you can sit there and watch the sunset every night.
We have a lovely garden and terrace and large barbecue for out door dining. Table chairs and loungers where you can sit and eat alfresco outdoors. The garden is for our own exclusive and private use only.

We bought the property after having many holidays
it is in such a central area and very close to the beach.
It is an exclusive estate which is extremly well maintained and spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens .
