There is a large 6 foot plunge pool and plenty of terraces ensuring sun from morning to sunset. 2 minutes drive from the idyllic San Vicente village with its classic church and outstanding valley and hill walks. 30 mins drive to Ibiza Town. 5 minutes walk from one of the best swimming and sun bathing sand beaches on the island with a selection of quality restaurants and bars.

Changeover day
Flexible on days, however we do ask that guests vacate the property on the day of departure by midday and the property may not be available on the day of arrival until 3pm.

Notes on accommodation
Please note that Casa Clara is not suitable for young children due to its position on the hillside. Sensible children from 10 years of age onwards are very welcome as are babies of a non walking age! Please note that each bedroom is on a different level of the house so it is ideal for couples sharing or families who want some space! However, it is not ideal for young children who need to be within ear shot of their parents.
Accessibility
Due to Casa Clara's positioning on the hillside the house is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Of the four separate terrace areas, each on different levels around the house, two have dining facilities. The largest terrace is south facing, with sun from first thing and a wonderful view of the sunset over the hills. It is accessed through French windows from the lounge, kitchen and one of the master bedrooms and has a 6 foot deep pool.
The other master bedroom is on the top floor with a dedicated roof terrace. The third room is an annex below the house and also has a dedicated terrace. The terraces are surrounded by stunning gardens and are completely private as the house is set back from the road. Sun loungers, hammocks and solar panelled fairy lights in trees mean that you can relax and enjoy the grounds in comfort.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to Cala St Vicente. 5 mins drive to Aguas Blancas - one of Ibiza's hidden treasures. 8 mins drive to Cala Boix with its fantastic paella's restaurants.
Golf
There is a golf course 15 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
In addition to the fantastic clubs available on the island, it is possible to organise a yoga teacher or art teacher to come to the house to give lessons on the garden terrace. Please let me know if you wish to get the contact details in order to organise these activities. There are also numerous hillside walks around the house which are really beautiful.
Travel
10 minutes drive from the historic unspoilt villages of San Carlos and San Joan. Eulalia, with the largest marina on the island, is 15 minutes and Ibiza town is 30 - the cost of a taxi from Ibiza town is Euros 35. Car hire is not essential, but is advisable to make the most of the island. Please note that car hire has been very difficult this year so early booking is recommended.
Distances
The airport is 40 mins drive away or 50 euros.
Further details
Cala St Vicente has a range of shops, restaurants and bars. It also has a taxi rank and a very limited bus service (once a day). Car hire is advisable although not essential.
Please note that reductions may be available for a couple or just four sharing.
Booking notes
Whilst it is possible to be carless in Cala St Vicente, we would advise the hire of a car to make the most of the island. Public transport is very limited from Cala St Vicente (one bus a day). Taxis regularly come to Cala St Vicente, however you need to book well in advance in August as they get very busy.
A 50% deposit will be taken upon booking.

We loved the villa so much we couldn't have asked for anything more! We had the best two weeks ever and do hope to go back next year! Your welcome pack was such a big help, even though I have been to Ibiza so many times before it really helped us decide on where to eat and go etc. Everything about the villa was just perfect! Our first visit to Ibiza and this villa absolutely made the holiday - stunning location and was beyond our expectations. Amazing panoramic view and easy walk down to a beautiful sandy beach. I also have to say that Claire made the experience all the more enjoyable and hassle-free - ease of booking, fantastic recommendations and overall felt like a very high level of service.
