This villa is on a hill with magnificent views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, and just ten minutes from the town of Palma, with all facilities and just minutes from beaches like Son Bunyola, Puerto de Valldemossa, Cala Deyŕ, etc. Esporles and Valldemossa are two charming villages of the island, with its stone houses, restaurants and bars with terraces, mainly in the town square. It is very nice and has many shops, banks and a wonderful local market on Saturday. Here you can go hiking, mountain biking, etc and for golf enthusiasts, the Club de Golf Son Termes is just 10 minutes.

Changeover day
From June to October changeover day on Saturday. Winter-November to May changeover day is flexible.
