Designed by respected architect Jaime Serra, responsible for many exclusive houses on the island, this elegant and super comfortable villa has been renovated to a very high standard. With unique individual touches such as the reclaimed solid teak doors throughout, to the decking around the pool that was a 200 year old bridge in Bali in its former life. Large outdoor dining for 14 people off the kitchen as well as comfy chill out area for 16+ people that can also be used for informal dining, with fire pit. Various terraces from which to enjoy the country or sea views.

Coast/Beach
Within a 15 minute drive of the stunning beaches to the North of the island such as the famous Benirras and Aiguas Blancas. The beaches to the South such as Cala Yondal and Salinas are no more than a 20 minute drive due to the excellent access to the road network and Santa Eulalia is a 10 minute drive.

Golf
There are currently 2 golf courses in Ibiza (plans for more are underway). One 9 hole and one 18 hole a 20 mins drive away.

Special interest holidays
It is possible to rent the villa for yoga holidays due to the peaceful location.

Travel
15 minutes from the airport and Ibiza Town and the port where ferries depart to Denia, Palma and Barcelona as well as the not-to-be-missed island of Formentera which within 20 minutes of Ibiza offers some of the most stunning beaches in the world. Car hire is recommended to appreciate the full beauty of the island although we do have private chauffeurs that we can recommend if this is of interest.

Distances
5 minutes drive to the hip village of Santa Gertrudis and its excellent selection of shops, restaurants, bars and banks. Santa Eulalia market,various delis and farmers markets, and some of the best eateries in Ibiza very close by.Local shop a 2 minute drive. Guests are also welcome to pick the fruit and herb from the kitchen garden and orchard. 15 minutes to Ibiza Town and 10 minutes to Santa Eulalia. The Sant Joan road with a wealth of restaurants and late bars is a short drive.

About the owner
We are a husband and wife team, with a history and love of renovating houses both in Ibiza and the UK. We are now based in Ibiza full time and adore the laid back lifestyle, amazing weather, stunning scenery and stylish, eclectic vibe of the island. As a Wedding Planner and lover of Interior Design (she) and a landscape architect and property developer (he), the attention to detail that we practice in our professional lives is carried through into our home. We travel regularly and so large comfy beds, great bedlinen and towels and all the boutique hotel touches that you would expect are all present within the house.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love this central part of the island. It has excellent access to the lovely, hip and relaxed beaches of the North as well as being a 15 minutes drive to those in the South of the island. We have a huge number of great restaurants on the doorstep (within a 5 minute drive) offering everything from traditional Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Asian Fusion, Moroccan, French and English cuisine as well as having a stunning spa hotel and some of the best late bars on the island a stones throw away. The house is in a charming, private, rural location (our land borders farm land) and yet everything is very close by. There is plenty to do here- yoga, horse riding, off roading, go carting,a variety of water sports, spa days as well as eating, drinking and partying.
