This apartment is exclusively situated on a second floor overlooking Magaluf beach. It has undisputed 180Ί sea views as well as direct access to the beach line. A shared swimming pool also makes up the desires of children and adults situated just under the apartment. It is in the heart of the most famous beach resort area in Europe. You can enjoy just steps away from the apartment all the vibrant and amusing atmosphere. BCM, the famous Puntaballena street, and a countless number of famous bars, clubs and restaurants are all just a few steps away. Although dont forget that the very best (the beach) is right in front of the apartment, with uninterrupted views and with a privileged access hardly no other Hotel or apartment has. Everyone will be looking at you with an envious smile as you drink that evening beer watching the beautiful sunset from the terrace in your apartment.

Changeover day
Acceptable arriving times 1pm 20:00pm. Arriving after 20:00 implies an additional charge for the client of 30 Departure 10:30am. Special requests are welcome.

There is a swimming pool is shared with the others apartments. A covered private parking space is available, at an extra cost.
Coast/Beach
One minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the center of the night live in Magaluf (Punta Balena).
Travel
All budget and main airlines fly to Majorca. Easy jet, Ryanair, Thomson, Thomas cook, My travel, jet2, etc. From the airport to Magaluf by car more or less 25/30 min will take.
Further details
Magaluf has long been the top destination for holidaymakers. The notorious Magaluf nightlife is amongst the best that the Mediterranean can offer with hundreds of bars and nightclubs. As well as the nightlife there's so much to do thanks to the beautiful beach with its water sports and other local attractions such as the Magaluf water parks and nearby golf courses. An additional attraction worth a special mention is the amazing Pirates
Adventure which is the island's number one show which has been seen by over 3 million people since it started. Western Water Park has the highest slide in Mallorca and has quite a few shows to keep everyone amused. Marine land has a great selection of sea creatures on display including dolphins, penguins and sharks. The dolphin school and shows are great entertainment.
Booking notes
To reserve the apartment we ask a bank transfer (no transfer charges accepted) of the 30% of the balance. One month before the arrival day another 30% and the rest of the balance and the security deposit in cash when arrival to the apartment normally 30% of the balance. This deposit will be returned via bank transfer 48 hrs leaving after a satisfactory inspection. A 75 euros charge for lost keys. Guests under 21 years old are not allow to rent this property.
