From the door you are 3 minutes walk from a small quaint beach used by the locals, whilst the yacht club and excellent restaurants, cafes, bars and high class shopping facilities are merely a stones throw or a short walk away. If golf is your thing there is an 18-hole golf course and driving range around 5 minutes drive away. For children the swimming pool is very shallow for a large proportion and there are two huge water parks amongst masses of other entertainment with-in around ten mins drive.

Notes on accommodation
Please try to keep noise at a reasonable level around the pool area because as you will see it is a lovely quiet area. Also we ask our guests not to smoke with in our apartments, but by all means use the balcony and enjoy the view at the same time.

Outside
South facing terrace with table and chairs, overlooking communal pool and jacuzzi with views to the port. Well maintained gardens with loungers and parasol's.

Coast/Beach
The Marina and yacht club are only a moments walk and motor and sail charter companies are abundant. On the adjacent street there is a dive school, which uses the beach next to the yacht club for training. There are many beautiful beaches around the island to explore the closest being San Telmo, which can also be reached by local ferry which runs at regular intervals from the port of Andratx. The range of top class restaurants in the area is staggering and second to none.

Golf
Andratx is superbly located for golfers. There is a driving range and 18 hole golf course and within 10 minutes by car. And further to the above there are 5 fantastic courses within 20 minutes drive offering wide variety for all players.

Special interest holidays
Andratx is surrounded by mountains and there are many walks or rides to be enjoyed. Also right on the doorstep there are diving and sailing schools offering ICC and yachting certifications.

Travel
The airport in Palma is roughly 25 mins drive from port of Andratx. A car would be great for exploring the island as there is so much to see, though not essential as all facilities especially dining are within close walking distance.

Distances
Palma the Capital of Mallorca is around 20 minutes away by car. And the town centre is approx 700 metres, abundant restaurants and yacht club within a 5 mins walk. Andratx old town is 10 mins drive where there is a busy local market held every Wednesday.

Further details
There are two supermarkets and a bakery within walking distance and many small boutique's to be explored. Tourist information is in the port for any advise you may require when planning outings. There is an internet cafe or there is free wireless internet access at Cappucinos Cafe which sits right on the harbour side.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival at the property. A security deposit of £350 against breakages is required when booking this property. This is payable with the final rental payment and will be returned within 2 weeks of departure from the property.
