Situated in a very peaceful location surrounded by the beautiful island nature and olive groves. Walking distance from the main Soller square and old picturesque train station from where you can take the antic old wood tram to the beach or go to Palma for a day in the city. Casa Olivera, a relaxing family accommodation that has been restored in the rustic Mallorquin style maintaining its original features with white walls and terra-cotta tiles and wooden beams. There is a large terrace and a covered patio for outside summer living. 10 min drive to beach where you can do many water activities. Parking for two or three cars.

The prices are per week in euros. Every additional guest from three onward 50 euros.
Changeover day
Arrival day is flexible. Arrival time from 3 pm. Departure time by 10 am unless otherwise arranged.

Heating is provided by oil filled electric radiators. Wood for wood stove heater not provided but can be arranged.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Garden area around house with plenty of space. Terrace with dining table and chairs. There is a portable charcoal barbecue. At the old Soller market you can buy fish caught the same day by our local fishermen also local vegetables.
Coast/Beach
Port de Soller is a five minute drive or a 20 minute walk. It has many beaches, restaurants, shops, and a large marina, boat rentals,and other water sports,
scuba diving center, blue water fishing. The pebble beach at Cala Deia is one of the most unique on the island and an easy 20 minute drive. Two rustic seafood restaurants cling to the rocks overlooking the beach and lunch there is a must. The antic wood tram has a regular service between Soller and the beach. Lluc Alcari is 15 min drive.
Golf
Son Termens Golf Course is a 15 min drive.
Special interest holidays
We can recommend hiking and canyoning guides, the scuba diving center in the port is well equipped and friendly. There are rock climbing sights within 20 min drive. There are rental boats and kayaks in the port of Soller, and water skiing.
Travel
Car hire is recommended although not essential. There is a bus service from PMI (Palma Airport) to Plaza Jaume I De Espana in Palma city from where there is an antic varnished wooden train that runs through the mountains by a series of tunnels to Soller or there is also a bus to Soller from the same Plaza in Palma.
Distances
Fornalutx 5km. Port de Soller 3km. Deia 10km. Palma 30km. Car rental is available in Soller so you can just rent the days you want to use the rental car and on your departure you can drop off the Soller rental car at the airport, the same as the airport rental. There is a local bus service between Soller and the surrounding villages and beaches and a scenic train ride through the mountains
by the antic train to Palma.
Further details
To the main square (Plaza) 10 min walk. Deia the artist village is about 30 min drive. In the main plaza you can find many restaurants,coffee shops that offer wifi, bars, galleries, local artisans, pharmacies, banks, and the lovely antique train station with its wood trams that run between Soller and the fishing port where there are beaches,boat rentals,and other water sports. Excellent hiking, scuba diving center, blue water fishing, tennis courts, a full sized Olympic swimming pool 2km away, two gymnasiums. There are supermarkets, boutiques, hairdressers. The Saturday morning market is a must.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. No refunds for cancellations unless we can re-rent the property. Full balance to be paid upon arrival. Check in from 3 pm, checkout at 10 am.
