Changeover day
Can Sonrisa has a one week minimum rental period which must begin on a Saturday or Sunday. Any consecutive period must also be booked in 7 night blocks. Check In is 1600 hrs. and Check Out is 1200 hrs.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning in all four bedrooms, security alarm linked straight to a 24 hour manned monitoring station and ADSL wireless internet. Central heating and big modern log burner for those autumn evenings. A large solar powered water system on the roof ensures you are also helping the planet and lowering your carbon footprint when you stay at Can Sonrisa :-) Please note! Can Sonrisa is currently in the last stages of a three month "grand design" renovation adding a fourth double bedroom, high end large modern kitchen with big island/breakfast bar, new utility room with washer and dryer, new dining area, large electric gated entrance to villa and parking for 3 cars, new top dining terrace with large pergola, seating for 8-10 and BBQ area, also garden access to villa top terrace and new chill out area. Outside
In a peaceful rural location with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The villa is entered via a large electric gate with private parking for up to 3 cars. The grounds of the house are split into four separate terraces, the spacious pool terrace has 8 teak sun loungers, 30sq.m private swimming pool and wonderful sea views, the second raised pool terrace behind features a luxurious Bali bed sitting beneath the mature palm trees. The third terrace is the alfresco dining and BBQ area and features a beautiful pergola entwined with grape vine and jasmine underneath which is a large oak dining table with seating for 8-10 and external speaker system. From here you can see the villa pool and look out south west to the wonderful local countryside. The fourth terrace is part of the actual villa and the two upstairs bedrooms also lead onto it as well as accessed from the garden, it features two separate covered areas (one with sail canopy ) chill out seating, loungers and tables.

Nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car.
Golf
There is a golf course about 5 minutes away by car - non members are welcome.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20 minutes away. Car hire is essential. An optional courtesy Jeep is provided from accommodation. Insurance provided. A scan or faxed copy of driving licence required prior to stay. Full driving licence details required upon arrival. Airport pickup and drop-off is also available.

The villa is well located for quick and easy access to a wide selection of the beaches, villages, nightlife and restaurants Ibiza has to offer.

Booking notes
Price includes garden and pool maintenance. There is a cleaning surcharge of 80 euros per week. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non refundable deposition of 40% of the total rental. In addition, in case of breakages/damage, a refundable security deposit of 1000 euros is required, payable a week before departure. We would prefer family groups or couples only. This is not a party villa and we will not accept bookings for hen or stag parties, or from single sex groups.
