Fantastic location to enjoy a peaceful and luxurious villa holiday in a tranquil rural setting yet only a short drive to Ibiza Town or some of the fabulous rural restaurants and bars such as Bambuda Grove, Aura or Ocho. Very close to some wonderful local beaches. The villa comprises a large open plan living/dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). Beautiful garden area, a covered alfresco dining area with amazing views to the sea and countryside, large Argentinean-style BBQ, further upstairs chill-out sun terrace area and a 22 sqm private swimming pool. Private parking below the house for up to 3 cars.

Changeover day
Can Sonrisa has a one week minimum rental period which must begin on a Saturday or Sunday. Any consecutive period must also be booked in 7 night blocks. Check In is 1600 hrs. and Check Out is 1200 hrs.

Outside
In a peaceful rural location with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. The upstairs terrace overlooks the sunny south facing pool and has 2 large teak sun loungers. The lower terrace features an Argentinean-style built in BBQ, covered alfresco dining area, beautiful designer gardens, a sumptuous 'chill out' area, external speaker system, a 22sq.m private swimming pool with 4 teak sun loungers around it and private parking for up to 3 cars. This year the terrace is being renewed in sandstone and a new decked area is being created above the pool for outside dining. It will have a large table a chairs to sit eight people. We will post photos as soon as work is complete.

Nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car.
Golf
There is a golf course about 5 minutes away by car - non members are welcome.
Travel
Ibiza airport is 20 minutes away. Car hire is essential. An optional courtesy Jeep is provided from accommodation. Insurance provided. A scan or faxed copy of driving licence required prior to stay. Full driving licence details required upon arrival. Airport pickup and drop-off is also available.
Distances
The villa is well located for quick and easy access to a wide selection of the beaches, villages, nightlife and restaurants Ibiza has to offer.
Further details
The owners live on the island and are happy to help with any problems or queries you may have, they aim of making your stay as perfect as possible. Private boat charter can also be arranged through the owners for trips to Formentera to go in search of the perfect beach.
Suitable for children and infants. 2 large travel cots, a high chair, booster seat, inflatable pool toys and beach buckets and spades all available. We recommend that you use the HomeAway guarantee scheme offered by Owners Direct for your peace of mind when booking.

Booking notes
Price includes garden and pool maintenance. There is a cleaning surcharge of £50(GBP) per week. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a non refundable deposition of 25% of the total rental. In addition, in case of breakages/damage, a refundable security deposit of £750 is required, payable a week before departure. We would prefer family groups or couples only. This is not a party villa and we will not accept bookings for hen or stag parties, or from single sex groups.
