Ideal family accommodation with the comforts of home. Only a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Punta Prima and resort facilities. Gated entrance into the garden with surrounding shrubs and hedges. 2 covered terraces with outdoor furniture and large bench seat next to outdoor BBQ. There is table tennis table and dart board for children’s outdoor entertainment. Entrance through the French doors into the spacious lounge with dining area, leather sofas and Sky Free to View. Fully fitted kitchen off to the left and on the same level is a double bedroom, main bathroom, master bedroom with en-suite and a further twin bedroom. There is a utility room with washing machine and further shower room and toilet. Upstairs to one twin bedroom on the right and opposite a twin bedroom with a further twin bedroom walking through from the twin. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. Great value for a large family party.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday and you must vacate the villa by 10am.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, but not beach towels. The villa will be cleaned and all beds freshly made for your arrival and will be cleaned once a week with a complete laundry change at this time. The pool is serviced twice a week. |

A cot and highchair are included, obviously some common sense is needed regarding the pool, as there is direct access to the pool from the villa. No smoking allowed inside the villa.

Accessibility
The villa is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
Outside
Under the covered terrace there are table and chairs to seat twelve people. A separate BBQ area for alfresco dinning with built in table and chairs. Around the pool terrace there are sunbeds, parasols and a shower for rinsing off after a dip. The pool 9x5m is for the exclusive use of the villa and is cleaned twice a week. There is also access to a balcony with sea views, ideal for alternative sunbathing!
Coast/Beach
The location of the villa is just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, the toddlers and children's parks have been great success with visitors. The small cove of Biniancolla is a 15 minute walk and is ideal for snorkeling.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Mahon (Mao) which is 25 minutes away by car. Mahon Harbour (Ferry Terminal) is 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential but is recommended to enhance your holiday as there are many beautiful beaches and attractions up and down the island.

Mahon about 8km. Ciutadella about 45km. Monte Toro about 25km. Fornells about 20km.
Further details
Menorca has an abundance of outstanding things to discover there's something for everyone. The Xoriguer Distillery distills and sells Menorcan gin and various gin-based liqueurs from its art nouveau headquarters in the Port at Mahon call in for a tasting. Coastal attractions and best beaches, diving, golf ranges, water parks, zoo, trotting races and throughout the summer months at least one village has a fiesta which is well worth a visit with parades and dancing horses to the firework display. Night life can be had in the historic capital Mahon along the port with numerous restaurants, bars and clubs overlooking the harbour sit and watch the power boats and yachts come and go or take a trip on the glass bottom boat.
Booking notes
We require 25% deposit at the time of booking with the remainder due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure. At this time we would also require a £250 'good housekeeping' deposit to be paid which will be returned to you after your stay.
