Our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is ideally located for exploring the island and enjoying the local beaches which are only a few minutes drive away. It is not a typical holiday apartment. It is centrally located in the market town of Es Mercadal, where local bars, restaurants and shops are all within an easy walking distance -and are open all year round! There is a weekly craft market and in the summer months, traditional Menorcan dancing in the square.

Our preferred changeover day is a Saturday, but where possible we will offer flexibility.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, including fridge/freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave and electric kettle.
Utility Room: There is a separate utility area housing the washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: The comfortable living/dining area is bright and airy with doors leading to a balcony offering views of the countryside and pool area. There is a TV,DVD player, iPod doc/FM radio.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. All linens, other than beach towels are provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment benefits from air conditioning/heating in the lounge area and fans in the bedrooms. Located on the first floor, there is a lift, providing easy access with suitcases, shopping etc. A designated underground parking space is available.

There are several local beaches, all within an easy drive. Cala Tirant is only 5 minutes away and it is only 10 minutes to Son Parc, where there is a superb beach and an 18 hole golf course.

Travel
The airport is only 20 minutes away.

Further details
Activities such as scuba diving, sailing, mountain biking and pony trecking are all located nearby.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% will be required at the time of booking. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
