The apartment is in a beautifully maintained complex with well-kept gardens, a tennis court, 2 pools and a children's pool. It is comfortable and well-equipped with a private terrace. The apartment is a short walk from one of the best beaches on the island and a short drive from the island's only 18-hole golf course. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance and several supermarkets. There is a bus service into Mahon and Fornells and the airport is only 30 minutes away.Cars can be rented on Son Parc through Europca. No smoking in the apartment please.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Please depart by 10am and do not arrive before 2pm.

Bathrooms: Bathroom with wc, bath/shower over. Washing machine.
En-suite to bedroom 2 with wc and shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and is well equipped should you want to cook and eat in the apartment.
Living Rooms: The sitting room and dining area has two sofas and a dining table and 6 chairs, sliding doors lead out to the patio with another table and chairs and loungers.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels, except beach towels are included as is all other linen which is changed weekly. The apartment is professionally cleaned between lettings.

There are 3 fans available. A cot and high chair are also available to rent.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 2nd floor up a staircase (with handrail). There are 4 stairs to enter the complex.

Outside
The terrace has a table and 6 chairs, 4 sunbeds and a clothes airer. There is a built-in barbecue. There are 3 shared pools, one of which is a children's pool. There is also a tennis court on-site.

Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful beaches on Menorca. Ours is a 5-10 minute walk away and is one of the best. It is sandy with shallow water, so perfect for children. Sun loungers, umbrellas and pedaloes are available in high season.

Golf
The only 18 hole golf course on the island is about a 10 minute drive away. It is well maintained and there is a driving range and restaurant there. There are also tennis courts at the golf club.

Travel
Mahon airport is a 30 minute drive from Son Parc. Car rental is available from the airport, as is taxi hire. Car rental is also available on Son Parc with Europcar.

Distances
Mahon is about 25 minutes away. Fornells (for sailing) about 15 minutes and Cuitadella about 40 minutes away.

Further details
Menorca is a beautiful, relaxing island. It is small enough to explore easily by car but equally the bus service is cheap and efficient. The ports of Mahon and Cuitadella and the smaller fishing villages have good fish restaurants.

Booking notes
£100 deposit per week on booking, balance to be paid by cheque 8 weeks before departure. If a late booking full amount to be paid prior to departure.
