Notes on accommodation
The villa is on 3 levels so very young children would have to be watched, and around the pool area. There is plenty of room to play and have BBQ parties etc.

Not suitable for wheelchair users.

There is a rustic garden with a BBQ area, a 9 x 5 metre private swimming pool and plenty of parking space.
Coast/Beach
The Puerto de Valldemossa is 8kms down a windy, picturesque road. There are lots of sandy beaches within 25 mins drive.
Golf
Son Termens golf club is 10 mins drive away. There are several other golf courses within 30 mins drive.

The area is very popular with artists, walkers and cyclists!
Travel
The airport of Son San Juan is a 25 mins drive.

Valldemossa is 3.5kms, Deia is 9kms, Soller 17kms and Palma 17kms.
Further details
Valldemossa has numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and a good supermarket, There are several historical sites to view such as the Carthusian monastery and the Michael Douglas' cultural centre is a must. The nearby village of Deia has some excellent Michelin star restaurant and some exciting nightlife.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a deposit of 25% will be needed. The remainder to be paid up to a month prior to the start date. A deposit against breakages and damages of 500 euros will be asked for.
