Perfect for any time of the year, guests can enjoy the busy holiday life in summer on the beach or by the pool, relax in the spring and autumn months, and have a sunny retreat in the winter months. Furnished to a very high standard, the apartment has a light and airy feel. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The apartment comes complete with TV/DVD with satellite TV receiving all UK channels, and a CD player. Linen and towels are provided. Suitable for families or couples.

Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Saturday but we can be flexible on request.
Arrival time from 2pm and we ask our guests to vacate by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
Ideal for a family holiday being located in pedestrianised street within stone's throw of a sandy beach and very safe bathing waters. If you prefer not to have a car you will have all you need on the doorstep!
Outside
A lovely balcony is accessible from the lounge area with table and chairs for dining alfresco. Or you may prefer to dine on the beautiful private roof terrace with it's stunning views.
There are 2 swimming pools for the exclusive use of the Carabela residents and gardens which are also for the exclusive use of residents.
Coast/Beach
The apartments overlook the beach at Port D'Alcudia. The Bay of Alcudia has the longest beach on Mallorca, with numerous sporting facilities such as wind surfing, water skiing, para-gliding etc. Within half an hour's drive there are beaches at C'an Picafort, Porto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente. Glass bottomed boats ply regularly from the port for trips round the bay or to Pollenca and the delightful Formentor.
Golf
The new golf course at Alcanada (10 minute drive) opened in October 2003 and is a major addition to local amenities. This is the nearest thing to a links course on the island.
There is a well established and testing 9 hole course at Pollenca.
The Capdepera Course, also known as Roca Viva, is between Arta and Cala Ratjada.
Pula Golf Course, opened in 1995, is about 3Km from Capdepera.
The Canmayel course is abot 8Km from Arta. The views are excellent and it offers many challenges.
Travel
Palma airport is c35 mins away. Transfers can be arranged or there is a wide variety of car-hire companies based at the airport.
With all the restaurants, shops and the beach on the doorstep there is no real need for a car. However Alcudia is a good base if you want to explore the Island.
Distances
Palma, with it's majestic cathedral and narrow shopping streets, is less than an hour away. The centre and north of the island is mountainous and well worth a drive. The famous Caves of Drach near Porto Cristo are more than an hour's drive but the Caves at Campanet are only about 15 minutes away.

The apartment has everything you need and is a perfect year-round home from home without the hustle and bustle of daily routine. Whether it's for a summer beach type family holiday, a golfing break or Autumn, Spring or Winter retreat this apartment is ideal.
Booking notes
A £150 returnable deposit is required on booking – this is to cover any breakages/losses during your stay.
The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. The whole of the balance is payable should your holiday be cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to departure.
The deposit will be returned after your stay.
