The studio is suitable for couples and young families, with a cot available. It has 2 double, high standard sofabeds and plenty of storage space for luggage. The balcony has a table and chairs for guests to lunch with a sea view. The studio has a ceiling fan and a hot/cold air con for both warm and colder evenings. Situated right on the beach with flat scenic promenades the studio is very accessible. Although surrounded by restaurants and bars, 12 O clock licensing means that you can also enjoy quiet evenings. Close by are the popular Western water world, Pirates show, Marine Land, Outdoor Go Karts plus other family entertainments such as crazy golf, boat trips and watersports. Those wanting to experience the traditional side of Mallorca can take an inexpensive bus ride into Palma or to one of the local markets. Or if you prefer a hire car there is a private parking space. Being located in a very popular location, central to all needs, makes this an ideal holiday apartment.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
There will be discounts for long winter lets.
The price is based on 2 adults sharing per week. Additional persons will be charged at £40 per child per week.
Airport pick up at a cost of 30 euro.
Cleaning deposit of 50 euro, refundable on day of leaving, providing the property has been cleaned to a good standard.
A deposit of 100 pound is required for the guarantee of your booking.
Changeover day
The preferred changeover day is Saturday (preferred) during the summer season. Any day can be arranged over winter.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Studio apartment with 2 sofabeds of very high standard in the living area. It would suit a couple or a family with one or two very young children. A cot can be provided. There is also a wardrobe and ample storage space for luggage. |
| Bathrooms: | Brand new white bathroom, with a walk-in shower and vanity unit. There is also a new washing machine and iron. However, clean towels will be provided weekly. |
| Kitchen: | A high standard compact kitchen with all necessary appliances to have a self catering holiday with all the comforts of home. Included are a microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, plates, cups, glasses and all kitchen utensils. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine, iron, hoover all stored in the bathroom. |
| Living Rooms: | The modern living room has an entertainment centre which provides a full Sky television package including movies and a separate music system. It is modern, clean with 2 sofabeds, a compact kitchen, wardrobe and storage space. |
| Other: | Internet is also provided free. LAN conection. |

Both linen and towels will be provided and cleaned or changed on a weekly basis. |

A private parking space for hire cars is available.
Coast/Beach
The long white sandy beach is within thirty metres of the apartment door. With crystal blue, clean waters it is enjoyed by many, there are water sports and boat trips on offer. Other more isolated coves can be found within a half an hour walk of the apartment.
Golf
There are 5 beautiful, highly maintained golf courses with 15 to 20 minutes drive from the apartment.
Special interest holidays
Walking - Palma Nova in the district of Calvia, is home to a maze of panoramic walks, for all standards. It provides a great base for exploring the countryside, mountain areas and coastal regions, all home to a great variety of beautiful flora and fauna.
Cycling - There is an extensive range of well mainted cycle routes connecting Palma Nova to many surrounding areas. They are suitable for all standards of cyclists.
Painting - artists who escape to the island, can find much inspiration by enjoying the natural beauty the island provides.
Kayaking - sea kayaking tours are available for full or half day courses. Those more advanced can hire Kayaks locally to enjoy the super coastline of Mallorca.
Travel
Palma International Airport with daily flights from around the world is only a 20 - 30 minute drive away. Palma International Port has ferries to and from all Balearic Islands and to mainland Spain is also a 20 minute drive away.
Distances
Palma city is a 20 minute drive, 30 minute bus ride or an hour and a half cycle ride away.
Booking notes
The prices quoted are for 2 persons sharing per week in UK pounds for a studio apartment. Additional children will be charged at £50 per week. A 100 pound deposit is required upon booking. There is a minimum stay of one week. Long winter lets are negotiable.
