Changeover day
Changeover day is recommended Friday or Sunday, but can be flexible. Arrival time in property not before 4pm, departure time 11am (Luggage can be stored if flight departure is later than 11am).

The villa is situated on a large plot of well maintained gardens with colourful shrubs, flowers and various trees, all enclosed within nature hedges and drystoone walled perimeters. It provides a spacious pool and sunbathing area, a covered terrace with dining table for 6 and a roof terrace with spectacular views of Menorca's south east coast. Outstanding and quite location.
Coast/Beach
Resort has small, enchanting beach (Cala Rafalet) about 10 min walk away. Coastline at your doorstep, sea front with sunbathing area and steps into sea about 3 min walk from villa. Several beautiful beaches on the south coast like Punta Prima, Binibeca and Binisafua are only about 5-15 min drive away.
Golf
Golf is located at Son Parc 30 min drive.
Special interest holidays
Skippered day sailing trips can be easily arranged.
Travel
Mahon airport and harbour are 15 min drive away. Care hire available but not essential. Buses available.
Distances
The small fishing village Alcalfar Vell is 20 min walk, San Luis town 5 min drive. Capital Mahon 15 min drive.
Further details
S'Algar is very well known for it's snorkeling, scuba diving and other watersport facilities. The resort provides as well 4 lawned tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, bowling and a football pitch.

To make a booking a deposit of 200 euros is required and the balance to be paid 12 weeks in advance.
