The swimming pool is a salt water pool in front of the villa, accessed through the lounge. There are large sun bathing areas one in front of the pool overlooking the sea. There is a small seating area with a bar next to the pool with a shower room and WC. The sea can be accessed through the bottom of the garden where there is a staircase leading into the sea.

The villa is over looking Cala D'Or and the beach is about 100m from the villa.

The closest golf course is Vall D'Or which is 8km from the villa.
