All in all this is a very flexible living arrangement which even has a separate access to the upstairs section enabling that part to be used as a guest apartment if desired. Well behaved pets accepted at owner's discretion!

Es Cana is 16 miles northeast of Ibiza town, 18 miles from the airport. There are regular bus and ferry services available to and from both Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town. There are also regular Car/Passenger Ferry´s to Barcelona, Denia, Valencia, Alicante and Palma/Mallorca.

Distances
Es Cana is 16 miles northeast of Ibiza town, 3 miles from Santa Eulalia and 18 miles from the airport. During the summer there are regular bus and ferry services available to and from both Santa Eulalia and Ibiza Town.

Some nightclubs and late bars in centre of Es Cana

There is a Hippy Market every Wednesday, for which Es Cana is well known throughout the island. Parasailing, jetskis and banana boat rides are available from the beach. Pedaloes are also for hire. Sun beds and parasols are available for hire along the length of the beach. There is a large, cordoned off area of the bay which is exclusively for swimmers and children. The Blue Flag beach is very clean with soft sand which slopes gently into the warm, clear blue waters. A second Blue Flag beach, Cala Nova, is nearby. Travel into Santa Eulalia (only 1.10 euros each on the regular, half-hourly bus service) for a much larger shopping area and visit the harbour to see the large array of boats and yachts moored there. Alternatively, take a taxi for approximately 6 euros or the ferry from Es Cana harbour for the same price. Travel up to Portinax and visit its famous beaches. Go to San Antonio for its famous nightlife or else just relax and enjoy the slower pace of life in beautiful Es Cana.

Water temperatures from 18C in May to 27C in August.

Summers are hot and dry and temperatures can rise to over 30C in July, August and September, with water temperatures of 25 - 27C.

The average daytime temperature from November to April is around 15C but, when the sun comes out, this can climb quite rapidly to 25C
