Villa Chiara is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the peaceful location of Cap D'Artruix in Cala n Bosch. Villa Chiara is set in 450sq.m plot totally enclosed to make it safe for children as well as private. The villa is all arranged on one level making access very easy. The pool is private and a good size and depth with roman steps bordered by sun terraces overlooking the garden. There is outside garden furniture and a brick built in barbecue and sunbeds. The villa is situated 1400m from the marina at Cala n Bosch which boasts a large selection of bars and restaurants and 400m from a choice of restaurants, a mini market and children's play area.

Coast/Beach
Cala n Bosch beach is next to the marina ,ideal for children as it is a shallow sandy cove.Also within walking distance you will find a larger beach (Son Xoriguer) where you will find a variety of watersports.
Golf
Golf Club in stunning grounds of Son Parc. Club hire,trollies and buggies,approx 35/40 minute drive.

Horse riding/scuba diving.
Travel
Mahon airport is 40 mins by car/taxi car hire is not essential but recommended to see a beautiful island. Local bus transport is very good and very regular into Cala n Bosch,the marina and Cuiadella,many other destinations. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
Distances
Cuiadella is 10 mins by bus/car a fantastic old city full of taverns and tapas.Beautiful cathedral can be found in Cuiadella, lots of good shopping and markets.
Further details
At Cala n Bosch marina there is plenty for the children, large
play area, arcades, mini golf, bouncy castles and swimming pool. Nearby is a waterpark and go carting.

Bookings taken with 30% deposit only, deposit to be paid within a week of booking. Payments in full 6 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit of £250 to be paid on final payment.
