The house is situated at the centre of its 8 acre plot, but is 5 minutes to all the local amenities and several beautiful beaches. The house has underfloor heating for visits off-season and air-conditioning for the summer months. It is fully modernised whilst retaining the original features, and decorated with antique and contemporary furniture. There is ample room for entertaining either inside in the two sitting rooms and dining room or on the covered patios outside or under the olive trees in the garden. There is a table tennis table and table football available and the Menorca Cricket Club is a 5 minute walk away. Olives, almonds and figs available in season! Local wildlife includes donkeys, sheep and tortoises together with varied bird life.

Guest should arrive after 4pm and check out by 10 am. The pool is for the sole use of the main house, however if the house is not occupied, cottage rentals can use the pool by prior arrangement.

Pool situated close to the house in walled garden accessed by stone path. Large surrounding stone terrace with hardwood sun loungers and umbrellas. Shower. Large pool house with large cushioned seating area, entertainment system open fire and drinks fridge situated to the rear. Arched covered terracing with comfortable seating and coffee tables undercover dining to side and rear of the house. Large dining table under olive tree on the main lawn. Table tennis table and table football provided. Covered terrace of the kitchen with built in BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Binibeca is the closes beach, 10 minute bike ride, 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Several small sheltered beaches all within easy reach. Mahon harbour, with it's large marina, shops and restaurants 10 minute drive away.
Golf
18 hole course, Son Parc, 30 minutes away.
Special interest holidays
Boat charter, sailing tuition, diving tuition and riding all available locally. Trotting races twice a week in Mahon is well supported by locals. There are many walks over the island which is designated as a natural reserve and there are many sites or architectural interest.
Travel
Mahon Airport is 15 minutes drive from the house. Ferries from Barcelona or Majorca arrive either at Mahon Harbour or Cuitadella Harbour at the West end of the Island. Car hire is essential. Taxi Service is cheap and reliable.
Distances
Nearest village is St Lluis (2 miles, and LluMecanes (2 miles). Nearest Supermarket is Sa Botega de S'Uestra, acknowledged to be the best on the Island. There is a very popular Italian Pizzeria within walking distances and four of the Island's best restaurants within 5 minutes drive.
Further details
St Lluis is a small town with shops, cafes and restaurants. There is a newsagent and banks, chemists, doctors, dentist and local English speaking hairdresser!
