You have to leave the bedroom through patio doors and walk down a small path to enter the Kitchen/Living area.

Accessibility
The apartment is situated on the cliff side and has 36 steps leading down to the apartment. Therefore, it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside
Small terrace and patio furniture. Overlooking the bay of Cala En Porter and through the valley.

Coast/Beach
There are a number of steps leading down to the beach which is approx 10 min walk. To take the alternative route down the hill, will be a 15 min walk.

Travel
Mahon airport is located a 15 minute drive from the property.

Distances
Mahon 7 miles, Alaior 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. From Mahon bus station there are buses to reach other destinations on the island.

Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
