Our fabulous holiday home has been completely refurbished to the highest standards to provide every comfort for a relaxing holiday away from it all! It is on the ground floor, in a raised position and set back from the road. Very spacious and light, the apartment has its own large outside terrace for sunbathing and dining alfresco, with stunning sea views and a BBQ. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away and the Son Parc golf course is 5 minutes by car. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach but far enough away so as not to disturb you peace and quiet.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for 2 people. Parties of 3 or 4 - additional supplement: Jan to June £75 per week, July-Aug £100 per week, Sep-Oct £75 per week.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday, although consideration will be given to alternative days. Access is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and the property needs to be vacated by 10.00am local time on the day of departure.

Price includes all bedding and bath towels. Beach towels are not included. For a 2 week stay, the apartment will be cleaned, the bed linen changed and towels provided by our maid service. Cleaning is arranged before arrival and after departure. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is managed by our English agent in Menorca whose contact details are in the apartment if needed. There is a private, reserved parking space. Hair dryers are provided in each bedroom. Welcome packs are available on arrival at an additional cost if required. The apartment is not equipped for babies or very small children. No pets are allowed. With respect for other guests, we appreciate your co-operation in keeping this a non-smoking apartment. Price includes all utilities e.g. electricity.
Accessibility
While this is a ground floor apartment, access from the road is up approximately 20 steps and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. We would be happy to provide more information on request.
Outside
The terrace over looks the swimming pool and has stunning sea views. In the summer it has sun all day at the front and shade to the dining area, affording you the choice of private sunbathing or lounging around the pool. The gardens are well maintained and offer a degree of privacy. The private shared pool is cleaned regularly. The pool does not have a shallow end and non swimmers need to be attended at all times.
Coast/Beach
The Son Parc beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment but does involve a number of steps to negotiate. If you prefer you can drive (5 mins) and park in the large free beach car park. The beach is wide and sandy and the water is warm and shallow. Sunbeds, beach umbrellas, paddle boats and canoes can be hired. In the summer months a life guard is in attendance. There is a small informal restaurant serving refreshments and light meals.
Golf
The apartment is a 5 minute drive and a 20 walk from the Son Parc Golf Course, which is the only golf course on the island. It has recently been extended to 18 holes including a flood-lit driving range, tennis course. The club has a club house which offers a bar, casual dining and an a la carte restaurant. Internet access is also available at the club house. Club hire is available.
Travel
Mahon airport is 25 minutes from Son Parc and taxis cost approximately Euros 35. Although car hire is not essential to enjoy this holiday as there are extensive amenities within Son Parc, those who wish to explore this wonderful island will find it useful to hire a car. Buses run from the resort to Mahon and the local fishing village of Fornells.
Distances
Menorca is the quieter of the Balearic islands and is approximately 45 miles long. The neighbouring resorts of Fornells, Arenal and Addaya are approximately 10 mins by car. Located at opposite ends of the Island, Mahon (25 mins) and the old capital of Ciutadella (30 mins) offer an interesting array of shops and restaurants.
Further details
Local arrangements can be made for water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, cycling and horse riding. The island is beautifully rural with its rows of dry stone walls. There are hidden bays and coves with turquoise waters to explore. The capital Mahon has the world's second deepest harbour. Sleek yachts bob about in the water and there are plenty of restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
Prices shown are in UK pounds sterling for up to 4 people per week. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Once paid, this balance is only refundable in the event that another booking is secured. In view of this we recommend that full holiday and cancellation insurance is arranged separately. A refundable breakage deposit of £150(1 week)/£200(2 weeks) is payable at the time the balance is paid.
