Notes on accommodation
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment. This apartment is suitable for children. Regrettably no pets.
The apartment has full hot or cold air conditioning. There is private allocated car parking, with remote control access.

Accessibility
This top floor apartment is situated on the top floor of a small 2 storey block, with a small flight of stairs to climb to reach apartment. It is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Outside
This beautiful apartment has a very large terrace and has stunning panoramic views overlooking the sea. The private swimming pool on the complex, also has a child's swimming pool attached, with a pool shower. This is for sole use of the guests staying on the complex. On the complex there are beautiful well maintained gardens. We supply 2 sunloungers that you can take down to the swimming pool area. We have a lovely private roof sun terrace, where you can sit privately and soak up the lovely Mallorcan sun.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is at Cala Anguila about 5 mins walk away. Its a beautiful sandy cove with turquoise blue waters and has a lifeguard in the summer months. There is also a beach bar and restaurant. This is perfect, and just the place to enjoy the Mallorca sunshine, just a 5 minute stroll from the complex. Another beach is approx 15 mins from apartment, named Cala Mendia beach which has restaurants, shops. Then next to this is Cala Romantica beach. Porto Cristo beach is only 20 mins walk away.

Golf
There are approximately 20 golf courses in Mallorca and they are open all year round. Some of the closest are Val d'Or a 15 minute drive away, this golf course is well worth a visit, even if only going to enjoy lunch, and to enjoy the stunning views it has breath taking views ,and is highly recommended. Cala Millor - Son Severa 9 hole course by the sea, 20 mins drive.
Canyamel (18 hole par 73, sea views) and Capadepera Golf (18 hole par 72) challenging courses, approx 35 mins drive
Pula Golf (18 hole par 70) near Son Server - Capadepera featured on PGA European tour, on a luxury complex.

Travel
Approx 50 minute drive from Palma Airport - a very easy route. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this beautiful island, but its not essential. We can arrange a taxi for you with a local taxi company. Great value flights are offered by Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair, BMI, First Choice amongst many others. For those who don't like flying, you can always catch a train on to Barcelona and then take a catamaran from Barcelona to Palma.

Distances
Porto Cristo is about 20 mins walk from the apartment and is on a flat walking & cycling surface. There are 3 beautiful sandy beaches all within walking distance. All are stunning and very safe, the local beach Cala Anguila, has been awarded the blue flag. Cala Mendia will take 5 mins to reach in the car. Sa Coma resort is approx 10 mins drive in the car and Cala Millor 10 minutes drive away. Cala D'or is 20 minutes drive away from the complex.

Further details
The complex is only a few years old, situated in the residential area of Cala Magrana, it has beautiful well kept gardens ,with palm trees and surrounds a very large swimming pool, and is facing the sea, Absolutely stunning views to the sea from this apartment. Once you have been you will be booking for next year, like many have done! There is a local corner shop, within a 5 minute walk from the complex. Also a local restaurant within a 5 minute walk,the local beach Cala Anguila, which has a beach bar/cafe on it , is also a 5 minute walk away. Porto Cristo town is a 25 minute walk away , or 5 minutes in the car, In Porto Cristo town you will find 3 large supermarkets, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a local market in Porto Cristo, held every Sunday morning. The next resort, Cala Mendia is a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car, here you will also find a lovely beach with a beach bar/restaurant and also in Cala Mendia there are lots of shops/restaurants to choose from. Here you can catch a little open aired bus/train that will take you into Porto Cristo. In Porto Cristo town you can catch a bus into Palma and all other local areas. There is a local tourist attraction nearby in Porto Cristo "Caves de Drach" this is also within 20 minute walking distance from the complex. Tennis courts are 5 minutes walk from the complex. These tennis courts are open all year round. You can take a boat trip or even a glass bottom boat trip, from Porto Cristo to many near by beaches/resorts.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit payable at time of booking. Balance required 6 weeks before travel (by cheque or bank transfer). A damage deposit of 150 euros is also required and can be paid on arrival when you collect keys. This is refunded on your departure day on handover of keys(minus any damage costs if any). For late bookings, full payment required at time of booking. Bookings that are cancelled after full payment is received , a full refund will be given, minus the 25% deposit.
