The beach of Cala'n Bosch is 10 minutes walking. In addition island boat excursions and powerboat hire are available from the marina. There are also restaurants, shops, supermarkets around the marina. Light entertainment is provided most evenings in the marina plaza. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday in the sun.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Sunday, this is flexible. Arrival access to villa from 15:00. Departure from villa by 11.00. This can be flexible depending on when next guests are due to arrive.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is very suitable for families. The gardens are fully enclosed and very private. The villa is located on a quiet residential road.
Accessibility
Internally the villa is all on one level with no steps making it suitable for elderly or people with restricted mobility. Externally there is just one step up to the pool area.

Coast/Beach
A short coastal walk (10/15 mins) takes you to the yacht marina and the fine sandy beaches of Cala`n Bosch and beyond that to the beach of Son Xoriguer where windsurfers and small sailing boats may be hired. Water skiing and paragliding are also available from this beach.
Golf
Approximately 30 minutes by car is the Club de Golf Son Parc.
The Club de Golf Son Parc course was designed by Dave Thomas, and it is the nearest of all on the Balearic Island Golf Courses to the sea. Surrounded by natural beauty such as pine trees, and peacocks. It is a moderately stunted and even course, trickier on the greens, however the wind can add challenges all over. The course is situated in the center of the Menorca island.
Travel
The only airport in Menorca is Mahon Airport which is approx 55km from Calan Bosch, and takes 40-50 minutes on a non-stop car journey (allow for longer is using shared transfers). Car hire is not essential but it is worth considering to make the most of your time on the island. Driving is very easy In Menorca. Car is recommended.
Distances
Cala'n Bosch is built around a Marina which has many lovely shops and restaurants to choose from. Ciutadella is a 10 minute drive. The famous port of Fornells in the North East of the island is only 45 minutes away. Menorca is famous for it's stunning beaches. A 20 minute drive from the villa enables you to visit several of these beaches.
Further details
Menorca is a small, friendly Island. A perfect place to spend a family holiday. The locals are friendly, the food excellent both in the restaurants or to buy in the supermarkets and cook back at the villa. The beaches are so beautiful, many of them are surrounded by pines for natural shade in the middle of the day. There are many historic sites and summer Fiestas to visit and yet, because of the location of the villa, peace and quiet when you want it.
