This beautiful, private, 2 storey, detached villa is located in a peaceful area of Cala Galdana. Private BBQ area with additional terrace and pool. 5 mins walk from beach. The terraces offer panoramic views over the resort and bay of Cala Galdana. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining room with a terrace to the front offering views over the swimming pool and the bay, at the rear of the property is the well equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and one double bed. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms comprising of 1 double bedroom with terrace, views and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with views and 1 bathroom. The property comes equipped with a range of outside furniture for your enjoyment.

Changeover day
Changeover day Friday. Departures check out by 10am. Arrivals check in at 2pm (to allow for cleaning).

All outdoor terraces are fully tiled, dining table, 8 chairs, 8 sun loungers, additional fixed tiled seating poolside, parasol and base, poolside shower. BBQ. Lovely views.
Coast/Beach
Five minutes walk to beach. And very close to the virgin beaches of Cala Mitjana and Cala Macarella.
Golf
An 18 hole golf course is available approximately 25km drive at Son Park, in the north of the island (Mercadal).

Cala Galdana is ideally situated for exploring the island, with several beaches within walking distance of the resort.
Travel
Mahon Airport 40 minutes drive. Car hire not essential but useful if you wish to explore the island. Car hire available in resort.
Distances
Five minutes walk to centre of the resort offering several shops and restaurants. The nearest town is Ferreiras (7km). Regular bus service runs from the resort.

Nice, good restaurants, bars, shops, chemist, doctor in Cala Galdana. Banks in Ferrerias (7km), Cala Galadana resort has cash points. You can also find some supermarket in Cala Galdana. From Cala Galdana it is easy to get around this small island. This lovely resort is located on the south coast of the island and is centred around one of the most beautiful pine clad bays on the island.
It offers something for everyone, there is an activity for everybody: sunbathing, hiring a boat, fishing, walking, water sports and so on. The wide and quiet beach make this an ideal destination for families with younger children. Everything is close at hand with a good choice of bars, fine restaurants and shops within the resort. Family nightlife is provided by the local hotels who offer evening entertainment to all comers.
Rental boat services, Kayaks, pedalos to hire, beach services, in Cala Galdana beach, just 5 minutes walking. 2 different spectacle horses show at 4 and 5km. Excursions to places of interest can be booked at the local hotels.

In order to confirm the reserve I need complete name, direction - address, passport number, number of people (adult, children, baby-cot), telephone number (fax and mobile number phone), email, hour of tickets (timetable of ticket flights), payment against the account of 35% (minimum 200 euros). The rest of the payment on arrival at the property.
The deposit is non-refundable.
