Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the villa because of its location, right in the middle of the Salinas Natural Park (salt plains). From the house you can see the most amazing sunsets on the island. It is also very conveniently located only 2 minutes from two of the hippest and most beautiful beaches in Ibiza: Salinas and Es Cavallet. Its proximity to Ibiza town (8 minute drive) makes it ideal to spend the day at the beaches and the night in town. To me, there's no better location: nature, beaches, and town, all very close.
