I'm the director of an arts recruitment company and bought the apartment to rent art-time as well as to chill in. It's as much my home as a rented property.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Cala Longa was the perfect area for me to buy in Ibiza. It's very chilled out and relaxed but near enough the party parts of the Island if that 's what you want.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is part of a cute block on top of a cove facing into Cala Llonga. It has two double bedrooms a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine.
It also has WiFi recently fitted and is being redecorated for 2010.
There are parking spaces outside and the beach is a three minute walk down the hill.
