Excellent location, 1 minute to the beautiful marinas, beach, walking distance to Pacha, El Divino, shops, bars, markets, clubs etc. The house is on 2 levels, and has beautiful terraces, with fantastic views. Lots of sun and the sea right next to the house. With a large terrace on the ground level, it´s ideal for cocktails as the sun sets over Ibiza Town and dining under the stars. Lower level is a private part of the house with bedroom, bathroom, terrace and gardens. Upper part has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room with fireplace, and lounge. The views are stunning! There is a small little used beach right next to the house and the larger beach of Talamanca is 1 minute walk. Right next to the house are the famous marinas, that are full of life, where you can get the water taxi into the heart of Ibiza Old Town, the islands top spot for shopping, eating, socialising and the famous night market. This is an absolutely excellent property in the best location on the island.

Wonderful outdoor areas, with gardens, large private terraces and balconies all looking out to sea. On the ground level there is a huge oak table with seating, and a great barbecue next to it, set back from the waters edge, ideal for entertaining or a quiet dinner under the stars.
Coast/Beach
Approx 40metres to the coastline! The house has uninhibited views out to sea. There is a small beach only metres from the house, it is little used and the water is crystal clear and good for snorkeling. There is the larger beach of Talamanca also only a minute´s walk. The bay in front of the house is the main Ibiza Town and Marinas bay, and it is wonderful to sit on the balconˇes in the morning and watch the boats going out, and in the evening watch them all coming in as the sun sets.

Excellent local golf course less than 10 minutes away.
Travel
Ibiza Airport only 10 minutes away.
Distances
Ibiza Town very close. Also close is the beautiful little village of Jesus, full of bars, cafes and restaurants.

01/11 - NB Please note we have reduced the prices by up to 50% due to the new marina that its being built in the port. At the moment we are unable to get clear information on how long it will take, but the Port Authority has said that it does not expect it to be too much of an inconvenience in the summer, it might affect the views, and there may be some noise during the day, hence the reduction in prices.
