Notes on accommodation
The house is child friendly with security gates around the terrace. It is the perfect holiday home for families and friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
There is a lift from the drive to the main entrance of the house. Great for suitcases and heavy goods. Parking for 2 cars.
Beautiful terraced garden and very nice pool area with 10 sun loungers. Lovely terraces for dining and reading. Dining table and chair set. Private swimming pool of 32m2 and 1.2 metre deep. At the bottom of the garden is a gate, from there it takes 5 min to walk to the beach. Lovely walks along the coast.
Direct access to the beach from the garden. It is a 5 min walk through a pine forest to a beautiful small sand beach. From there you can continue walking from cove to cove.
There are three golf courses within a 10 minutes radius of the house. These are Poniente, Santa Ponsa and Bendinat. Camp de Mar, Son Vida is not much further.
How to get there
The Palma Airport is a 25 minute drive from the house. The Palma Port is only 15 minutes from the house and the prestige port of Portals is only 10 minutes drive from the house.
The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive. There are water parks only 5 minute drive away. The port of Portals filled with lovely shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away and the beautiful Port of Andratx is a 20 minute drive from the house, a must see!
We are situated in the heart of the South West coast with everything within a short driving/biking distance.
Fresh flowers, event organizing, wine/champagne service can be provided. As well as babysitting, chef or shopping service. We can also offer a first shop for a fee, details can be sent by email.
50% non-refundable deposit on booking via bank transfer. 50% on arrival. We will also take a 1000 euros key/security deposit on the day of arrival which you will get back on the day of departure.
