A beautiful villa with direct access to a white sand beach. Only 25 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Palma and 10 minutes from the port of Portals. There is a lift from the drive that takes you to the front door. Two cars will fit in the private drive. The house is surrounded by trees and overlooks Portal Vells (a popular cove for boats to anchor). The villa has beautiful outside living and dining areas with breathtaking views. Swimming pool and BBQ.

Notes on prices
All mentioned prices are per week in Euros. We would consider any offers on long weekend lets or long term lets. We will take a key deposit of 1000 € on arrival which you would get back on the day of departure.
You can enter the house around 3 pm and on the day of departure you should leave around 11 am so that the house can cleaned for the following guests.

Saturday but flexible.

Towels and linen are included in the rental price of the house as well as the last cleaning. Maid service and linen changes during your stay can be arranged for an additional cost. Prebooking required. |

Accessibility
There is a lift from the drive to the main entrance of the house. Great for suit cases and heavy goods.
Outside
Beautiful gardens with terraces and grass areas. Lovely terraces for dining and reading. 8 sun loungers, dining table and chair set. Private swimming pool of 32m2 and 1. metres deep. Direct access from back garden to a white sand beach. Lovely walks along the coast.
Coast/Beach
Direct access to the beach from the house. Out of the back garden gate and walk 5 minutes through a pine forest to a beautiful white sand beach.
Golf
There are three golf courses within a 10 minutes radius of the house. These are Poniente, Santa Ponsa and Bendinat.
Travel
The Palma Airport is a 25 minute drive from the house. The Palma Port is only 15 minutes from the house and the prestige port of Portals is only 10 minutes drive from the house.
Distances
The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive. There are water parks only 5 minute drive away. The port of Portals filled with lovely shops and restaurant's is only a 10 minute drive away and the beautiful Port of Andratx is a 20 minute drive from the house, a must see!
Further details
We are situated in the heart of the South West coast with everything within a short driving/biking distance.
Fresh flowers, event organizing, wine/champagne service can be provided. As well as babysitting, chef or shopping service. We can also offer a first shop for a fee, details can be sent by email.
Booking notes
50% non-refundable deposit on booking via bank transfer. 50% on arrival. We will also take a 1000 euros key/security deposit on the day of arrival which you would get back on the day of departure.
