Thick whitewashed walls and luxury boho designer furnishings make this villa unique. Used for fashion shoots among ibiza's movers and shakers, it oozes rustic charm, warmth and individuality. Far from being a white shell like many rental properties, the property truly feels more like a boutique hotel. Each room has been designed by an interior designer, much of the art and furnishings are available to buy. The villa is perched above the stunning beach of Cala Tarida, which means life is easier,a 200m stroll to the beach means car hire is not necessary. Superb restaurants are a walk away. Surrounded by a thick pine forest, the pool area is a slice of paradise. Luxury decking and a huge balinese daybed for maximum poolside comfort. The main house has 3 double bedrooms and there is a separate Spanish style cottage with it's own en-suite.

Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day. However we can be more flexible in the low season.

| Other: | We have just had sky installed, which has all the free view channels on it as it only has a free view card. It does not have BBC channels. If you have sky at home bring your card with you and you can use your card in the box. |

Notes on accommodation
Centrally heated for winter breaks. Free wifi. Has fully equipped GPS alarm with 24 hr security guard call out.
Accessibility
The main house is all on one level so it is possible for people with mobility problems to enjoy a stay here. However there are 6 steps up to the property and the drive is on an incline.
Outside
The house sits on a 1000sq.m plot and has 4 sun terraces where we enjoy alfresco dining and relaxing. We also have a roof top chill out area with views into the mountains and the countryside. We also have 2 outside kitchens and an outside dining area. New for 2010 we have a beautiful decked swimming pool, with luxury teak loungers. There is also a stunning Moroccan daybed for maximum poolside comfort.
Coast/Beach
You couldn't have a better location for beach's. The villa is located next to the beautiful beach of Cala Tarida and nestled between the most picturesque beaches of Ibiza, Just around the corner is Cala Conta and Cala Moli (within walking distance). You can reach Cala Jondal and all the best west coast beachs in 10 -15 mins by car. Beautiful clear waters and many with soft white sand, a true paradise.
Golf
The golf course is a 25 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport is a 15 mins drive away. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged.
Distances
Cala Tarida has two of the best restaurants right here on the beach Can Mila and Ses Eufabies. They have recently opened a beach/chill out bar with a DJ called Pangea. There are numerous bar and restaurants within walking distance. We are based a 10 min drive from quaint San Jose with its fantastic choice of restaurants. Ibiza town and its glamorous nightlife is a 20 minute drive from the house. San Antonio 15 mins by car.
Further details
There is a shop at the end of the road, which is great if you need anything in an emergency.

Our journey started as a long love affair for the island of Ibiza & later a mission: to find beautiful villas for like minded people whilst preserving the stunning, rustic character of each villa & adding our very own touch of bohemia. We have 6years interior design experience & 15 years travel industry experience combined & soon discovered that others shared our love for the island & our in-house style, plus the finer things in life. Over the last 3 years we have rented properties to people from all over the globe. Why the owner chose a home in this location
When I first walked up the sweeping drive and smelt the huge pine trees, I knew I wanted to wake up here forever! To be able to see the turquoise waters, hear the birds and have a shop 5 mins away seemed perfect location wise, I still have to pinch myself sometimes! I looked around 40 properties before I found Villa Bohemia. It was love at first sight. Having seen many villas that had no character and were little more than a square box, I was inspired that villa Bohemia seemed like a home. It's hard to explain but when you walk around it's full of twists and turns. Every bedroom has beautiful doors that open onto a patio's filled with flowers and plants. The previous owners were artists and they had built the villa themselves, the attention to detail is evident in every room.
Unique benefits of the property
Villa Bohemia's location really is fantastic. You have the most stunning beach on the Island on your front door. It's still a bit of a secret as well so you can really enjoy a true Ibizan experience without too many crowds. I'm so glad I didn't buy a villa in the middle of nowhere because it's so handy having a shop around the corner for emergency supplies and when our friends and family come over we never have to drive as the restaurants on the beach are superb. As it's also in a forest you have complete privacy. Bus's and taxi's around the corner which is great if you don't want to hire a car. Central heating in the winter is also very important as it means I can come over and not be freezing at night time, the winter season is really beautiful, no crowds and warm sunny days.
