Notes on accommodation
English and fluent Spanish speaking management company available should there be any problems during your stay. Please, no smoking within the apartment. Ash trays are provided for outside use only.
Outside
Well maintained, landscaped gardens. 3 pools (1 full length, 1 large pool with children's area, 1 small deep pool). 6 sunbeds provided for use round the pool and gardens.
Coast/Beach
15 minute walk (5 mins drive) to safe sandy beach with restaurant and bar. shallow waters ideal for children.
Golf
The golf course is 2 mins walk from our apartment. 18 hole par 69, with driving range, putting green, chipping green. Also 2 tennis courts. Clubhouse with restaurant and bar open all year.
Travel
Mahon Airport easy 20 minute drive to apartment. Car hire is recommended for exploring and visiting the many local restaurants in the area.
Distances
Nearest villages are Fornells and Mercadel approx 15 mins drive.
Mahon is about 25 mins by car.
Booking notes
£100 deposit per week, with balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure. £150 security deposit which will be refunded within 14 days of departure after inspection of property.
