Large 10 x 5 metre private pool with roman step access surrounded by beautiful mares stone terrace which is furnished with loungers, dining table and chairs, built-in barbecue and parasol. Steps leading up from villa to roof terrace offer private sunbathing and sea views.
Coast/Beach
Local beach is 15/20 minute walk from villa and around 5 minutes by car. Safe bathing from sandy beach or rocky platforms.
Golf
Local golf course at Son Parc is around 25 mins drive.
Travel
Local airport is Mahon and flights available from all regional UK airports. Car Hire is essential with this villa and can be arranged.
Distances
Driving distance to Cuitadella is around 5/10 minutes and other beach resorts also 5/10 minute drive.
Booking notes
Deposit of 25% of total villa rental is payable on booking and balance is due 10 weeks before travel. £250 security deposit is due 1 week before travel which will be returned after satisfactory feedback from local management company on departure day.
