Notes on accommodation
There are portable radiators for heating if required. Ceiling fans in every room plus portable fans. Holiday complex is suitable for all ages and families.

There are ramps and lifts all around complex.
Outside
There are three swimming pools, one outdoor and one children's pool. Sunbeds available around pools and terracing.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is directly on the beach with beautiful sea views, there are numerous bars and restaurants and sunbeds for hire. Hotel facilities close from Oct-April.
Golf
There are several golf courses around Magalluf within a thirty minute drive.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 10kms, and takes about 25 minutes to drive, taxis, buses and car hire all available at the airport.
Distances
Palma Nova is a ten minute walk and the city of Palma which has to be visited is 20 minutes by bus or car. Soller and Valdemossa are a definite must to visit when on the island of Mallorca. The North East with Pollensa, Alcudia and the East with the Caves of Drac and Porto Cristo are well worth a trip to.

Visit Marineland (2.7kms), Aqualand and the Waterpark , go - Karting are a 10 mins walk away. Have a night out at the Pirates Adventure (a show not to be missed). The new museum called Katmadu (2 mins walk away). There are numerous, bars restaurants, cafes and night clubs all offering good food, drink and entertainment. On the beach you can hire pedalos, canoes or even parachute. From the promenade there are boat trips daily.
Booking notes
Over 25 yrs of age can book. A deposit of £50 is required and full amount is due a month before your holiday.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Have had holidays with my girlfriends in Mallorca for 15 years, always admired the Royal Beach but could not afford to stay there, one day while on the beach i saw a Se Vende sign on one of the apartment windows and went for it !!!
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is on the beach in a perfect location with all amenities and facilities close by. Mallorca is a very beautiful island with plenty to do for all ages.
