This award winning Air Conditioned south facing villa, with private pool and Jacuzzi, is set in a quiet area of quality properties on the lower slopes of the San Jaime hillside providing stunning 170 degree elevated sea views. Son Bou has the longest beach on the island (approx 2km). 2 mins by car or a 15 min walk. The fine near white sand gradually slopes into the clear turquoise water with a shallow waterline making it ideal for paddling and good for accompanied small children to enjoy. There are fun rides, water sports and a flag system for the safety of all swimmers as well as three purpose built beach bars. The commercial centre has Supermarkets, a variety of shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants catering for most tastes and budgets for daytime and evening enjoyment. Other amenities are water slides, playground with merry-go-round, maze, tennis court, bowling alley and a fun train. Nearest supermarket is a 5 min walk. The airport and the capital Mahon is a 20 min drive away.

Living Rooms: A pretty sitting/dining room with patio doors is on the ground floor with veranda with stunning sea views. Upstairs there is a second large and spacious sitting room with 170 degree wonderful sea views, 40ins Sat TV/DVD. Covered terrace with table tennis.
Other: All the bedrooms and sitting room benefit from air-conditioning and all the rooms have ceiling fans. Safe.

Cleaning, towels ( not beach towels) and linen are included. Additional maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.

This villa has everything you will need for a successful family holiday including the most fantastic sea views along the coast of San Jamie and Son Bou. The design of the villa will suit a small party as the main living accommodation is all located on the same floor or larger parties with children as there is a wonderful and spacious chill out area on the first floor together with a table tennis table and fourth bedroom.

Outside
There is a pretty veranda with stunning sea views and dining table and chairs. Steps from the veranda lead down to the gated 10m swimming pool (roman steps) built into the pool is a ‘Badujet super sport’ for swimming against a current, plus there is a separate Jacuzzi. Surrounding the pool is a terrace with built-in BBQ and solar shower. To the side of the villa is the pretty lawned garden. Pool and Jacuzzi heating available, please ask for further details and cost.

Coast/Beach
Beach 15 minutes walk down the hill (1km), 2 minutes by car. Son Bou beach is the longest beach (2km) in Menorca with lovely fine sand.

Travel
Alaior 7 minutes drive (Approx 7km).
Mao Airport 20 Minutes drive.
Son Parc for golf 25 minutes.

Distances
Car hire is recommended.

Further details
A good selection of restaurants and shops can be found in Son Bou - approximately 15 minutes walk from the villa. The pretty veranda overlooks the gated 10m swimming pool and poolside terrace and is just the spot to enjoy morning coffee while the children take their first swim of the day. In the evenings share the days events with friends while watching the sun set over Mallorca.
