Ses Fontanelles Plaza is a beautiful and exclusive complex, great architecture, situated on a prime seafront position of a residential, quiet area. The nice plaza between the 2 buildings has several ornaments like fountains and trees. The swimming pool belonging to the complex has free sunbeds, a bar-restaurant and terraces with sea view. There is a bus stop at the doorstep. Many shops, restaurants and clubs at the same street, 2 minuts from our quiet area. Nearby you find all the entertainment of Sant Antoni on one side and the beaches of Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida and Platja des Comte on the other side. The large apartment is considered as one of the ten best apartments of Ibiza. It measures 115 sq.m. with a large terrace of 90 sq.m. Please, see our web site. Notes on accommodation
The complex is located in an quiet area, but only 3 minutes walking from all the amenities. The complex is very suitable for children. Also suitable for wheelchair users. Free use of swimming pool and sun beds. Free key for the private parking place (we have 2 keys for 4 apartments). Free use of the safe in each apartment. The new installed air-conditioning is of the best brand there is. Is very silent and in the night mode almost inaudible.

Accessibility
The building has a splendid big hall and a lift large enough for wheelchairs.

Outside
The Ses Fontanelles Plaza is an exclusive, quiet and spacious complex: many trees and fountains, 2 very nice buildings, 2 bar-restaurants, terraces with sea view. Shared swimming pool with free sunbeds, showers and toilets. Private parking place (limited).

Coast/Beach
From doorstep 2 minutes by bus (driving) or 7 minutes walk to beach Port des Torrent. From doorstep 10 minutes by bus or driving to other beaches: Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Platja des Comte.

Travel
To the International Airport 20km. By taxi the costs are about 23 Euros, by bus about 3 Euros. The bus to the airport stops almost at the doorstep.

Distances
To San Antoni 1,5 mile (2 km). To Ibiza town 11 miles (19 km). To the airport 12 miles (20 km).

Further details
In the complex are 2 small supermarkets and a car hire. There are many shops of all kinds and a bank in the street.

Booking notes
On booking 25% of the sum has to be paid in the term of a week. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. On arrival an additional deposit of 200 euros will be asked. This will be returned in full if there is no (exceptional) breakage or damage.

We stayed here in August this year. The apartment was clean, spacious with a great view from the balcony of the swimming pool and the sea. Everything was well organised for our arrival with keys, parking key and arrangements for leaving. Excellent communication from Aurora before we travelled, very helpful with directions and arrangements for who to meet when we arrived. The location is great, not at all noisy but close enough to bars and restaurants if you want. Fantastic sunsets and weather, we will be coming back.

The location of the apartment was perfect - next to the sea, quiet but also very close to bars, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend a stay in Ses Fontenelles apartments.

About the owner
My name is Aurora Sales Puig, I am born in Barcelona but I live in Holland. I have 2 sons and I am divorced. For my marriage I moved to Holland. I have my old mother, 3 brothers and one sister Alicia. She is the owner of the apartments. Unfortunately she is not able to manage the renting of the apartments herself. My brothers are too busy with their work. I am the one who manages the renting, always consulting the family. I used to work as a translator into Spanish and French. This is an advantage for the communication with guests from different countries. I travel often to Ibiza to manage the local organization and to have contact with the guests.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought the apartments because of the beauty of the location and the apartments themselves. The view from the terrace of the large apartment is really astonishing. It is much more impressive than a photograph can show. I am always very amused when I welcome new guests. They enter the living room, start to make a lot of admiring sounds and then their eyes go further to the large glass doors, they see the terrace, start yelling and they run outside. More than their exclamations, their eyes tell me all what they feel. They come to me and say: 'Thank you Aurora, thank you. This is more that we ever could expect'. The standard apartments are also beautiful, people like them very much. This is my motivation to go on with this real time-consuming work for my family, that I started 1 year ago.

Unique benefits of the property
I am still working on having everything perfect. Much work is done, like the installation of air-conditioning annex heating in the standard apartments in March 2009. We have chosen for the best brand in the world. It is a very silent system, in the night stand you cannot hear it. The large apartment has already an air-conditioning from the same brand, but it’s already 20 years old. It will be changed for a new one, same brand, next February/March 2010. The large apartment is considered as one of the 10 best apartments on Ibiza. I will continue to make these apartments the best ones on Ibiza!
