A well appointed three bedroom villa, situated in a quiet area of Cala Galdana. The property has the benefit of large outside terraces and a large chlorine free swimming pool the terraces offer panoramic views over the resort and bay of Cala Galdana. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining room with a terrace to the front offering views over the swimming pool and the bay, at the rear of the property is the well equipped kitchen and a separate toilet and shower room. There is a small rear terrace for alfresco dining. Upstairs are the three bedrooms comprising of one double bedroom with terrace and views. One twin room and one single room. Possibility of second bed. There is also a separate bathroom (with a bath). Outside comprises of large terraces surrounding the swimming pool with further terraces for sunbathing. The property comes equipped with a range of outside furniture for your enjoyment.

Accessibility
Access to the property is via a short flight of stairs so is not suitable for wheelchair users handrail and lighting installed for assistance no problem for pushchairs or young children. There is a lockable door at the entrance for security.
Outside
All outside terraces are fully tiled. The swimming pool is private and measures 9m x 4m (depth from 1m to 1.90m). Sunbeds, parasols, chairs and tables supplied. Pool side shower.

Five minutes walk to beach.

Golf course situated in Son Park (25km).

Cala Galdana is ideally situated for exploring the island, with several beaches within walking distance of the resort.
Travel
Mahon airport 30km. Car hire not essential but useful if you wish to explore the island. Car hire available in resort.
Distances
Five minutes walk to centre of the resort offering varios shops and restaurants. The nearest town is Ferrerias (7km). Regular bus service runs from the resort.

There is also a hairdressing salon in the resort.

arrived home safely yesterday to the hottest weather in the uk all year! We enjoyed a fantastically relaxing week at your beautiful villa. The views down to the sea, framed beautifully by the cliffs and trees were unexpected but really stood out for both of us.
