Changeover day
Departure Saturdays before 12.00. Arrival time after 15.00 to enable staff to clean the house for the change over.

The owners provide a welcome snack for the guests, thereon the staff may do the shopping for the guests, previous payment in advance. The staff have a car for their own personal use and guest's food shopping.

Coast/Beach
Pollensa Beach just 6 minute drive from the house. There are many secluded coves about 25 mins drive (Formentor, Coll Baix, Cala Figuera, Cala Boquer) that are not inundated with tourists.
Golf
Pollensa Golf course - 3kms from house. Aucanda Golf course - 12kms from house. There are recognised as one of the best in Europe. There are 21 golf courses on the island of Majorca, 10 of them being just 20kms from the house.
Skiing
Water skiing, wind surf, boat and kayak rentals, boat excursions, diving facilities just 5kms away in Puerto Pollensa.

Distances: To Palma Airport 45kms. To Palma Port 58kms. A rental car is recommended.

Further details
Good local shopping in Pollensa village. There is typical farmers market in the plaza on Sundays. Recommended restaurants: Il Gardino (Plaza de Pollensa), Yacht club (Puerto Pollensa) and Restaurante Stay in the port. All major banks are represented in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Many supermarkets in Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.

Minimum stay - 1 week. 30% on confirmation of booking. 70% by bank transfer 60 days prior to arrival.
Guest comments
We had a fantastic time especially the boat trip. We were very well looked after by Maria and Ariel (her tortilla is fantastic). The house has a dream garden where we spent some romantic evenings around the pool.
