Located just a 2 minute walk from the town centre the complex is in a prime position for those looking to be close to the amenities but not right amongst the hustle and bustle. The spacious apartments have a large terrace opening up from the living room at the front and a second at the rear which is accessed from the bedrooms. Ceiling fans are installed in both bedrooms and the apartments have all the crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and bathroom facilities you will require.

Notes on prices
I am flexible regarding the amount of nights you want to stay. If you would like a specific quote or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. I require a 50% deposit to hold the dates of your holiday. I accept credit card or bank transfer. The remainder is payable upon arrival. There is no additional cost or supplement to sleep 5 people or to provide a cot or highchair.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible so can match your flight needs. Entrance to the apartment is usually by 3pm or prior arrangement and you must vacate by 10am or by prior arrangement.
Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans to keep cool in the evening. The apartments are spacious with both the inside living area and outside balcony to utilise or for youngsters to play. Please note the apartment can sleep 4 adults/children as standard but in the case of an occupancy of 5 people one member of the party must be a child as the sofa bed is not suitable for adult use. There is no additional cost or supplement to sleep 5 people or to provide a cot or highchair in addition to this.
Outside
Patio table and chairs ensure you can relax within the landscaped gardens with a communal swimming pool and sun terrace offering a peaceful and relaxing surrounding area. The apartments terrace is large and there is a balcony off the bedrooms to the rear of the apartments which is perfect for enjoying the morning sun at breakfast time or enjoying a bit of time to yourself. All amenities are within easy walking distance and supermarkets will deliver which is very handy for that first shop with heavy bottles of water. There is a children’s adventure park within a couple of minutes walk with activities such as trampolines, go carting, bouncy castle and games.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porter beach is ideal for everyone with sun loungers, parasols and pedalos/slide boats on hire. It benefits from high cliffs at either side so it makes the perfect place to sunbathe and is just a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. The sand slopes very gently meaning very shallow areas where young children can paddle and play without getting in too deep. Access is down steps, walkway or you can catch the mini train from the town centre.
Golf
The golf course is only a 30 minute drive away.
Travel
The airport in Mahon is a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. Car hire is non-essential as there is a reliable bus service if you wish to adventure out of the immediate area but everything you should need is in the resort. If you require car hire this can be arranged with a pick up at the airport or locally. The usual minimum age for car hire is 25.
Distances
Mahon is 7 miles away, Alaior 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. During the main season there are bus services to all areas of the island from Mahon bus station.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required to hold your holiday dates and is payable by credit card or bank transfer/deposit. The balance is payable upon arrival. Cot and highchair can be provided upon request.
