Large balcony has table and chairs and a barbecue which is ideal for watching the stunning sunsets.

Coast/Beach
The apartment overlooks Santa Ponsa Bay and can be reached in a 2 minute walk which is ideal for families. There is a swimming pool in the Watering Hole that is excellent and can be used for 3Eur per day.

Golf
The excellent climate provides for year round golf. There are 7 courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment and another 10 on the island so you can take your pick!

Travel
Palma airport is about 25 minutes drive and costs approx 35 euros in a taxi.
Magalluf & Palma Nova are just 7 minutes by car but are also on a direct bus route from just outside the apartment.
Western Water Park is also just a 10 minute drive away.

Further details
The apartment is on the main street so it can be a little noisy but we holiday here with our two children three times a year and it's never been a problem. Supermarkets, banks & restaurants are all within walking distance.

Booking notes
Prices shown are for the apartment, per week in UK pounds. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking (non-refundable) and the final balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A key deposit of £50 will also be taken at this time, which will be refunded, providing keys are returned. Please ring or email on details below for any further information. Check out is by 10am and check in is 3pm. Linen is charged of £15 per person for a week's stay

About the owner
We live in Wales with our 2 children. We spend as many holidays as we can in Mallorca, where we have made many friends and have really fallen in love with the Island.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love Santa Ponsa because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and great marinas which boast a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Palma airport about 30 minutes away.

Unique benefits of the property
The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach. The views from the balcony are stunning. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, there are a number of golf courses nearby and two waterparks.
