The Villa is in the beautiful village of Deia, situated in a peaceful location with panoramic sea views, 10 minute flat walk with breath-taking views into the heart of the village. The villa has been newly renovated for 2009 to an exceptional standard in the typical Mallorquin style with high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta flooring throughout. It is newly furnished mixing beautiful traditional oak furniture with a modern kitchen and stylish accessories. Outside is a beautiful established garden with olive trees.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Friday with access to the house after 3pm and exit by 10am. On your arrival our house keeper will meet you and introduce you to the house. She can assist you with any further information you require during your stay.

Notes on accommodation

Outside
The villa has a private pool (9x4m) with large terrace overlooking the sea with sun loungers, gas BBQ and an outside dining table which seats 8 people. Upstairs terrace again with beautiful sea views has round table which seats 4 and a 2 seater sofa all with cushions and a cast iron dining table outside kitchen which seats 4 people.
Coast/Beach
The villa is a 10 minute scenic walk from the nearest beach - Cala Deia which is fantastic for swimming and enjoying a bite to eat or drink at the beachside restaurant. Alternatively there is a sandy beach at Port Soller which is a 20 minute drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course has fantastic views and is just past Valldemossa, about 20 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
Deia and the surrounding area is very popular with walkers and cyclists especially in the cooler months.
Travel
Palma airport is 35 mins away.
Distances
Picturesque village of Valldemossa is a 20 minute drive away by car or bus. Soller is the same distance the other way where there is the famous train journey into Palma or daily boat trips from the Port.
Further details
The villa is a 10 minute walk into the heart of the village of Deia which is well-known for its fabulous restaurants and local artists. There are small shops and cafes and a local supermarket and bank and the world famous La Residencia hotel.

Natalie Lovely to hear from you. We had one of the most relaxing weeks we ve had in years when we stayed at your home in june. Both of our daughters had just finished exams and I had had a crazy few months in work, so we were all exhausted. But the house is so well designed it made everything so easy - we had peace and real comfort, with all you would expect from a villa of this quality. We have been to deia 5 or 6 times and its definitely the nicest villa we ve stayed in . It is just a nice safe walk from deia which is lovely on the way home after dinner but also means it is so quiet and tranquil.
The sunsets are amazing from the villa and our outstanding memory was the night peblo , myas partner , cooked dinner for us , and we dined on the veranda as the sun went down .
This is about as good as it gets.
We re in a villa in nerja with friends this week and its not a patch on yours, We ll be back next year Regards Tom and Ann Kavanagh
