A brand new family villa in Crestatx with a lovely heated pool and garden surrounded by trees. Casa de Suenos is down a private gated drive in a peaceful part of Crestatx, an up-market residential area just a few minutes drive from Pollenca. The villa has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and with built in wardrobes. The villa is all on one level which is especially good for children. The property has a fully enclosed gated garden with grassed areas for children to play, and also benefits from a south facing pool and terrace but also areas of shade.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning to the bedrooms and full radiator central heating available. Being on one level, it s a safer environment for small children, coming in from the pool with wet feet! With Satellite TV with English channels, children can enjoy quiet time and still be seen from the pool area. All the bedlinen and towels are white and all is of a high quality.
Accessibility
Whilst the villa is on one level, there are steps at the front door and steps down form he terrace. Car hire is essential.
Outside
The villa is approached by a private drive way, and then gated entrance to the villa. There is a large front area with significant parking area. To the side of the property is a grassed area, away from the pool. The rear garden is south facing, and is a natural sun trap. The villa has a large covered terrace area with patio doors from the living room. On the terrace is a large table to sit 6 with wicker chairs.
The pool is 8 x 4 mtrs with Roman steps. The pool is heated at extra cost. Heating raises the temperature by 4 – 6 degrees. The area is all paved, with steps down from the terrace. Around the terrace there is 6 sunbeds, and a barbeque on the terrace. There are additional grassed areas of the garden which is suitable for children to play, and although it is a very sunny garden, you can also find shade.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is less than 10 minute drive, and about 15 min drive to Puerto Pollensa beach.
Golf
Pollenca golf course is a 3 min drive away. Alcanada golf course is only 10 minute drive.
Travel
The villa is a 35 minute drive from Palma airport.
Distances
The villa is 7 min drive to Old town Pollensa and an additional 7 min drive to Puerto Pollensa.
Further details
Pollenca (Pollensa) is a town and municipality situated in the far north corner of the island of Majorca, near Cap de Formentor and Alcúdia. It lies about six kilometres west of its port, Port de Pollença (Puerto Pollensa). It was founded in the 13th century around 6km from the coast in an effort to avoid pirate attacks.
Most of its houses were built in the 17th and 18th centuries and many of its streets are very narrow and compact, a leftover from its medieval past. The central square is called Plaça Major with many outdoor cafes and dominated by a large 13th century church Esglèsia de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, which was built by the Templars.
One of the town's most distinctive features is its 365 step stairway north of the square, which leads up to a chapel on top of the hill known as Calvary. On Good Friday this is the setting for the most dramatic parade of the year. Pollenca is also a real town, not just a holiday resort, with many banks and also both supermarkets and local speciality shops. There is an amazing market on Sunday morning in Plaça Major. In the evening there are plenty of excellent restaurants, with an atmosphere as good as the food.

We live in a North Buckinghamshire village and we are a family of four.We have been holidaying in Pollensa since 2001. We had previously rented many villas over about a six year period, before we decided to build. Having stayed in many villas, we knew what we wanted and what worked best for the family, and set out to build a family villa.We now find that Pollensa is home from home

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Pollensa has a fantastic mixture of old town culture, beaches, casual dining and fine dining. We started going to Pollensa for the beaches to please the children during the day, with fine restaurant in the evening for the adults.We have now found that we all enjoy each others holiday!
Casa De Suenos was built with the family in mind. It is all on one floor, to avoid wet feet slipping on concrete staircases. Each bedroom is ensuite. The lounge has a vaulted ceilling, which makes it cool on very hot summer days, but has full central heating for those early or late breaks.. We are very near the golf course, but also only 30 min from the centre of Palma.
We hope that every one that stays in our second home has a fantastic time, and enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of the mediterainian.
