A fantastic 'child friendly' property situated in a highly sought after area. The villa has a fully enclosed garden and entrance is via an electronic gate. With full distribution on one level, the property is suitable for those with mobility problems. The private pool is enclosed by a child friendly safety barrier, pool heating is available at supplement of £120 per week. Exterior furniture and a stone built BBQ are provided for outdoor living. Inside the villa is light and spacious with quality furnishings and air-conditioning throughout. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms (master bedroom also has a bath) and all rooms have independent direct exterior access. There is an enclosed safe play area for little ones which includes many toys and games. For the even younger ones we include any of the following (if required) free of charge: wooden cot, high chair, Moses basket, bed guard, intercom system, electric "Avent" steriliser, changing mat.

Notes on prices
Prices are as specified in UK Pounds per week in the main house based on occupancy of up to 6 persons. Per person supplement payable for 7th and 8th persons when applicable of £50 pp per week in low season and £60 pp per week in mid. Annexe (sleeping 2 people) is available in addition to the main house for a weekly supplement ( please ask us) in low and mid seasons. Prices in high and peak season are fixed as shown for the villa and annexe for up to 10 people.
Changeover day
Changeover day - flexible, please enquire. Arrival day - entrance from 3pm. Departure day - villa must be vacated by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
This property is extremely child friendly having been fitted with pool safety barriers and child proof fencing around the villa. We have a wooden cot, highchair, moses basket, bedguard, Intercom system, electric 'Avent' steriliser, changing mat, bedguard can all be provided free of charge if required. To the rear of the villa is an enclosed play area with sand pit and toys for the younger ones. There is a selection of DVDs, board games and books for guests use. As the villa is distributed on one level and it has a ramp to the main entrance door, it is also very suitable for those with mobility problems. The villa has air-conditioning throughout. Pool heating can be supplied if required for a weekly supplement. A basic grocery welcome pack will be in the villa for your arrival.
All bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels.
Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with mobility problems as it is distributed on one level and there is a small concrete ramp leading from the drive to the front entrance door.
Outside
There is a private enclosed garden (plot size 1200sqm) with large grassed areas to three sides of the villa. The drive offers parking space for up to three vehicles and has an electronic gate. The private swimming pool measures 9 x 4m, has roman steps and child friendly barriers. Pool heating can be supplied for a supplement. Exterior furnishing is provided as well as a stone built BBQ, large exterior dining table and chairs as well as a cushioned seating area covered with a sun canopy. To the rear of the villa is an enclosed childrens play area with a selection of toys.
Coast/Beach
The small sandy cove of Binidali is situated 5 minutes walk away from the villa. There are other pretty coves such as Biniparratx and Binisafuller located within a couple of minutes drive and the larger beach of Binibeca is a 5 minute drive away.
Golf
The island's only golf course at Son Parc is approx 40 minutes drive from the villa.
Travel
Mahon airport is a 5 minute drive away. The Port of Mahon is 10 minutes away from the villa. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
The village of Sant Climent is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find the facilities of a supermarket, butchers, sweet shop, newsagents and a couple of bars and restaurants. The capital town of Mahon and it's world famous harbour are a ten minute drive from the villa.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required when booking. The balance plus a £250 security deposit is required to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. The security deposit will be returned 14 days after departure from the villa providing no breakages or extra cleaning costs are incurred.
