The whole house is also available to rent for 12 people at the rate of 1850 euros from October to end April and 2600 euros from 1 May to end of September 2010. Please enquire for long winter lets.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. In order for B.CasaMi to be cleaned and serviced for your comfort, access may be gained from 14h00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the property must be vacated by 10h30.

Please note that for the comfort of all our guests we have a strict policy of no smoking and no pets. In our opinion, the property is not suitable for toddlers or very young children, therefore we will only accept children over the age of 7.

There are also two banks, a pharmacy, a beauty centre and a Catholic church. Fabulous walks in the Serra de Tramuntana begin on the doorstep, walking guides and excursions by prior arrrangement. Great clay tennis courts at Soller Tennis club, private coaching available. Cycling and walking guides by prior arrangement.
