It is set in 5000 m2 of gardens, covering 4 terraces, with a private pool and unobstructed far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Located on a hillside surrounded by protected woodland, it is secluded and peaceful yet within 2km of of San Josep and all it's amenities. The main house has lots of character with wooden beams throughout, woodburning stoves and a tower master bedroom. The guesthouse has been newly renovated to a high standard and has great views. The property has lots of outdoor space allowing you to relax by the pool, on the roof terrace, on the lawn or in a hammock amongst the olive trees. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking complete relaxation and privacy. The country side is spectacular and even in the height of season you are still able to find sanctuary here. 15-20 minute drive to airport. Car hire is recommended.

Changeover day
Changeover day is on Saturdays. Arrival time is after 4.00 pm and departure by 10.00 am, unless otherwise agreed.We try to be flexible but we can't always meet such requests.

Notes on accommodation
The house is the perfect retreat for those seeking complete relaxation and privacy. It is suitable for all age groups and families. Small children would need supervision however by the pool area and roof terrace. Pets accepted. The house is not well located for the clubs of Ibiza.
Accessibility
The house is located on one level although the grounds are spread out over 4 terraces. There are stairs up to the roof terrace and down to the pool area. The house is not suitable for wheelchair use.
Outside
There are numerous areas to chill out or dine out. The pool terrace has sunloungers, parasol, and a dining area and is bordered by an extensive lawn. Between the main house and the guesthouse is another dining area with a large Argentine-style BBQ. For those wanting to relax away form the rest of their party there is a large roof terrace with sunloungers. All areas have spectacular views over Benimussa valley. The house and gardens are not overlooked. In the evening the pool lights and garden lighting allow evening swims and outdoor dining.
Coast/Beach
A wide choice of beautiful beaches are a short drive away.
10 minute drive to Cala Bassa and Cala Conta beaches with the best sunset views on Ibiza.
10 minute drive to Cala Jondal (home to Blue Marlin beach club), Es Xarcu and Es Torrent beaches.
15minute drive to Cala D’Hort with spectacular views over Es Vedra rock.
20 minute drive to Salinas and Es Cavellet beach (home to the Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa bar and restaurants).
Golf
The island’s only golf course is Roca Lisa and is about 35 minutes drive away.The island offers a wide range of outdoor activities: diving, sailing, water ski-ing, para-gliding, horse riding, windsurfing, jet skiing, yacht charters and fantastic restaurants.

Travel
Ibiza airport is a 20 minute drive from San Josep. A car is essential. As with many properties in Ibiza, part of the road to house is unpaved. There is a ferry service to Formentera (famous for it’s stunning beaches) from Ibiza town. It takes around 30 minutes. Ferries to Barcelona, Palma and Denia also go from the port in Ibiza town.
Distances
San Josep village is 2km away. Ibiza town, the island's main port and town centre, is a 20 minute drive away. The port and town of San Antonio is also a 20 minute drive.
Further details
Ibiza is famous for it’s clubs but the less well-known side of Ibiza is a tranquil paradise of soaring cliffs, sandy beaches and picturesque villages. The island is suitable for all age groups and is family-friendly. The nearest village, San Josep, is 2km away. It has just about everything you need - butcher, fishmonger, well-stocked supermarket, bakery, chemist, 3 banks/cash machines, dry cleaner, newsagent selling international papers, post office, beautiful church and children’s playground. The village has several restaurants including Es Galliner, which serves great local cuisine, and Destino’s, widely known as the best tapas on the island. Can Verge is renowned for it's pizza. The island boasts a wealth of amazing cuisine and a restaurant guide provided in the house.
Booking notes
If you decide to book with us, we shall send you a contract with the booking terms and conditions. 50% is to be paid on booking, payable by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is to be paid in the same way 4 weeks before arrival. A 700 Pound security deposit is also required with the final payment. This will be returned to your account within 14 days of your departure. A map with directions and key instructions will be sent when the final balance is paid.
