Casa Sa Tanca is a the south east side of the island approx 48 km from Palma airport. Sa Tanca is in a beautiful semi-rural area The finca style property has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. All the areas of the finca are accessible for anyone using a wheelchair, including a full wet room. Felanitx is a quaint village in the mountains, 9km from the cosmopolitan town of Cala d'Or and the quiet port of Porto Colom. Casa Sa Tanca stands of 4.5 acres of beautiful mallorcan countryside surrounded by lemon, almond, and olive groves. The true focal point is the stunning views of Sant Salvador proudly perched on top of a 510 peak.

Notes on accommodation
Underfloor heating and open fire makes this the perfect location for a out of season breaks.
The finca benefits from being on one floor, so there are no stairs for small children, the pool and the BBQ area are gated.
The pool also has a childs shallow play area.
Accessibility
All areas of the finca are accessible for anyone using a wheelchair or poor mobility. There are also 2 wet rooms one of which is en suite to a double bedroom.
Outside
Casa Sa Tanca is situated on 4.5 acres of semi rural mallorcan countryside.
Casa Sa Tanca would not be complete without a magnificent private swimming pool which has a special safe splash area for young children. The pool is situated to the rear of the property with beautiful views of Sant Salvador mountain.
The finca benifits from having 3 separate terrace areas all with delectable views of the Mallorcan countryside.
The overall grounds are gated with a long private drive to the finca.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is the very tranquil Porto Colom which a 5 minute drive, or if you like a more lively beach to include water sport hire and diving then Cala d'or is just a 10 minute drive.
Golf
There is a 18 hole golf course at Val d' or which is approx 10 minutes drive from Sa Tanca.
Travel
Palma Airport is a 45 minute drive to the finca, car hire would be advised.
Distances
The market village of Felenitx is a 15 minute walk or a few minutes car drive. the port of Porto Colom is just a 5 minute drive which boast some beautiful restaurants in the most idyllic setting. The busy town of Manacor where you can watch the whole process of pearl manufacture and a chance to purchase some beautiful jewellery is a just 20 minutes drive away. The Cave of Drach is a magical journey through mysterious caverns and discovering the fantastic rock and limestone formations.
Booking notes
Making a booking at Sa Tanca, on confirmation of your stay we require a 25% deposit and full payment 8 weeks prior to departure. £100 (returnable) inventory deposit to be paid with final instalment.
