Changeover day
Mid July to mid -September changeovers on a Friday. Otherwise Saturday changeover preferred. Low season changeover days by agreement. Arrivals from 3pm and departures by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has hot/cold air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and underfloor heating throughout for the cooler months. There is also a wood-burning fire in the snug. There is a car port and remote controlled electric gates. Further parking outside in the road.
Outside
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests with pool shower. 8 sun loungers are provided, plus other seating together with parasols. There are open and covered terraces to enjoy or hide from the sun. The garden is very private and quiet and full of flowers and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
There are two small beaches in the port, with larger beaches at Camp de Mar (5km) and San Telmo (8km). The latter and the nature reserve on the isle of Dragonera is served by boat taxi from the harbour. Rock swimming and boat hire is also available in parts of the port and tennis courts can be hired by the hour. There is a childrens' sailing school and scuba diving is also offered. Further afield there are many large sandy beaches with safe swimming and plenty of water sports within 30 minutes.
Golf
The nearest golf course is within 15 minutes at Camp de Mar which is a challenging course with wonderful views. There are two further courses at Santa Ponsa, one at Bendinat and two at Son Vida - all within 30 minutes.
Travel
Palma de Mallorca airport is 35/40 minutes drive. Palma also has a Ferry terminal. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the beauty of the area although not strictly essential as there are bus links to other towns and Palma. Taxis are also available 24 hours a day in the Port and there is also a small car hire firm.
Distances
The villa is approx 1.5km above the port. The town of Andratx which holds a bustling market every Wednesday is 3km away. There are scenic drives with breathtaking views up into the mountains to Valdemossa and Deia approx. 45 - 50 minutes away. There is also a very pretty drive to San Telm along the neighbouring valley. There is easy access to the capital and towns and villages along the coast from the motorway. The north and east coasts are reached in just over an hour.
Further details
The port has all the shopping and banking facilities needed with the nearest larger supermarket at Andratx town 3km away. The port is renowned for it's quality restaurants many of which serve fish, freshly landed by its small fishing fleet. (Every evening the catch is available to buy). There is something for everyone from Mallorquin restaurants to Italian, French and even Indian and Chinese cuisine on offer. An evening treat not to miss is to sit at one of the waterside bars to enjoy a cocktail whilst watching the yachts and the sunset over the hills.
It is possible to hire tennis courts in the port, to hire a boat, or a bicycle, to scuba-dive or to learn to sail. The local hotel has a Spa open to non-residents for a payment.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with payment of the balance 6 weeks before the start date. A refundable breakages deposit of £200 or Euro equivalent is payable.
