Set in small complex of 20 privately owned apartments with superb sea views and reserved parking. The swimming pool is set on a large sun terrace and is surrounded by mature planted gardens that add seclusion but do not spoil the magnificent views. Son Parc is situated on the north side of the island and the apartment is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, which offers a wide expanse of sheltered sand on a gently sloping beach. A short walk takes you to nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets, but not too close to be disturbed by them.

Changeover day
Changeover is normally Friday/Saturday although consideration will be given to alternative days. Access is from 14.00 local time and the property needs to be vacated by 10.00 local time on the day of departure. Some flexibility in may be possible.
| Bedrooms: | Main bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. From this room there is sole access to the rear balcony where a washing machine and drying facilities are provided. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. Fan provided. |
| Bathrooms: | Fully tiled bathroom comprising full size bath with shower. WC, bidet, wash basin with lit mirror and shaver socket. |
| Kitchen: | Electric cooker and gas hob. Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Cooking utensils and crockery etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Large open plan area (picture attached) ensures a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere whilst preparing for those family/group moments. A television with built in CD/DVD facility provides entertainment, if required. A selection of books is also provided. |
| Other: | The front balcony is equipped with comfortable patio furniture and a large built in BBQ. This area affords marvellous sea views. There are also sun beds that can be used on either the balcony or around the pool. |

Price includes all linen, gas and electric. Beach towels are not included. For a 2 week stay fresh linen is provided for the second week. |

Notes on accommodation
Our management company are well established with a good understanding of our requirements. The proprietors and their contact staff are all English/Spanish speaking. Their contact details are available in the apartment. The normal internal rental items i.e. cot, highchair etc can be arranged for an additional charge.
Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment without lift facilities and would therefore be unsuitable for people with mobility issues.
As owners we would be happy to provide further information if requested.
Outside
The front balcony offers shade and sun during different times of the day and this is also dictated by the time of the year. Sea views are a significant feature.
The pool is surrounded by well maintained gardens that also offer a degree of privacy. The pool does not have a shallow end and has been designed for swimmers.
Coast/Beach
Whilst the beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment there are a number of steps to negotiate. However, the beach has a large car park and is approximately a 2-3 minute drive away.
Golf
The islands only golf course (18 holes) is in Son Parc and is a short drive (2-3 mins) away. The golf club has a floodlit driving range and also hire clubs. Within the golf club there are also tennis courts.
Travel
The island's airport, in Mahon, is a 25/30 minute drive away and a taxi costs about 45 Euros.
Distances
Being a relatively small island it can be explored quite comfortably, by car, and you will be surprised at the ‘history’ that can be discovered.
Whilst at different ends of the island Ciutadella (the old capital) and Mahon offer those wishing to take time away from the pool and beach, a wide variety of experiences. From the idyllic harbour at Ciutadella, lined with seafood and tapas restaurants, to the deepwater port of Mahon, where ferries depart for Barcelona.
Booking notes
Holiday deposit - non-refundable. Range from £150.00pw to £175.00pw, depending on the time of year. A damages/breakages deposit of £100.00 is also payable which is refundable, after departure, once check has been completed. In view of this it is recommended that holiday insurance is arranged. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling per week.
