10 Ca'n Botana is a large family villa on a small private complex with sea and mountain views. The complex has it's own pool with ample sun loungers and the villa has a private roof top terrace as well as shaded terraces for alfresco dining. Cala San Vicente is a former fishing village, with three perfectly formed sandy beaches of crystal clear water. Cala Molins beach is a three-minute walk - the emerald green waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. In July and August, temperatures average daily highs of 29ēC. In May, June, September and October 22ēC to 26ēC. Mallorca has more than 20 golf courses. The nearest is at Pollensa.

Our changeovers days are completely flexible to match our guests needs.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The villa has 2 bedrooms the main with a double and single and the second with two singles.There is a further single bed upstairs, so the villa can sleep up to 6 all on beds. |
| Bathrooms: | Upstairs, there is a large family bathroom with shower over the bath, basin, bidet and toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet and basin. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fitted out with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. There is a large fridge with freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. All the cutlery and crockery and pots and pans are provided. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room has a washing machine and iron and ironing board. There is also provided a clothes airer, basket and pegs. Also kept in this room is beach and pool toys. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a large seating area and a satellite TV which picks up all freeview channels, this TV has a built in DVD player. We have provided a CD player and there is a second TV which can be connected up to a PS1 games console. |
| Other: | The villa has a large inside dining area with a table and chairs and a bench seat. We have also provided many chairs and two tables for eating outside on one of the many terraces which surround the villa downstairs. We have provided a cot and high chair. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are included in our price and the villa will be clean for your arrival and then cleaned weekly, with also a change of linen. You also have free use of the washing machine during your stay. |

Notes on accommodation
We have provided portable heaters and portable fans for your comfort. For larger groups we have access to other villas on the complex, please email for availability and prices. We have provided a cot and high chair and 2 extra camp beds.
Accessibility
This villa is not suitable for wheelchair users as there are many steps on the complex.
Outside
The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and a shaded area. The swimming pool is child friendly with a barrier across between the shallow and deep end. The villa has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views and panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only a 3 minute walk from the Cala Molins beach, a blue flag beach with life guards. The beach is sandy and has crystal clear water for swimming and snorkeling. You can hire sun loungers and beach umbrellas and there is a beach bar, which serves food and drink all day. There are two other beaches in walking distance and these also are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. All the facilities are suitable for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Golf
There are many golf courses all over Mallorca, the nearest to our villa is Pollensa golf course which is about 5 miles away.
Travel
From Palma airport it takes around 45 minutes to get to our villa. You can arrange for a taxi or there is a shuttle from the airport. If you wish to hire a car this can be done from the airport and there are many good companies to choose from.
Distances
Location - Cala San Vicente is situated on the northern coast of Mallorca, some 35 miles northeast of Palma and the airport, and four miles northeast of Pollensa. The drive from the airport takes roughly 45 minutes, much of which is by motorway. Nearby Pollensa is typically Mallorcan, with a lively and colourful market. Puerto Pollensa is a sumptuous port town, with restaurants along the promenade, and seaplanes to see the spectacular views of the harbour, and the sea cliffs of nearby Formentor.
Further details
Cala San Vincente has several small supermarkets to get your fresh food from and there are many lovely restaurants to choose from. The nearest large supermarket is only 3 miles away and takes about 5 minutes by car.

10 Can Botana is a perfect property for a family holiday. The villa was much larger than we expected with pleasant seating areas at front and back and two good sized bedrooms and plenty of living space downstairs. The shared pool was fantastic with lots of other children congregating there in the afternoon at the time we visited which was perfect for our children. There were also plenty of sun loungers and the pool area was always kept clean and tidy by Miguel the caretaker. The beach at Cala Molins is less than 2 minutes walk from the villa with lovely sand and clear warm water for swimming in in Summer. Cala San Vicent makes a good base for exploring this part of the island which was far more beautiful than we were expecting. The village/town itself has everything you need if you don't want to explore further afield, with a couple of small supermarkets and a good range of restaurants. We had a great time and plan to return again next Summer.
